Eh....
New to this brand of Hyatt. The lobby and 1st floor areas were very nice. Stepping off the elevator you can tell the standard went down. Walking into the room confirmed it more. The mattress was lumpy and the springs felt throughout. Worse two nights sleep I have had in a long time. The bathroom was nice. Overall, no frills in the room, plus no housekeeping service. The room quality did not match what you would expect walking into the lobby. I will not stay there again.

Great staff and accommodations. Quick room service any time we needed anything brought to the room, it was there within a few minutes. Close enough to broadway to walk but far enough to not have a lot of people walking around and noise.
