The property initially seemed appealing, but our experience quickly took a turn for the worse. After a long day at a basketball tournament, we entered our hotel room only to find bugs on the walls and around our food. When my husband and I addressed the issue with the staff, we were told, "I’m so sorry, but we’re fully booked, and I assure you this doesn't usually happen." Frankly, it's hard to feel assured when I was made so uncomfortable that we had to find alternative accommodations. I also attempted to reach the "acting manager," Tim, but he has been avoiding both my husband’s and my phone calls. I am requesting a refund and will not be returning to this hotel. I don’t have bugs in my home, so I certainly won't pay over $200 a night to sleep with them elsewhere.
