This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at! I booked it simply based on reviews and it did not disappoint. It is not an immediate quick off/on the highway however the 5 minute drive to it is totally worth the extra time. Hyatt Place is modern and although I’m unsure when it was built, it appears brand new. There was plenty of parking and the entrance area was wide and had luggage carts ready. The decor is fresh and modern. Everything was spotless! Check-in was fast and friendly! We were greeted with a warm smile and friendly demeanor. Full details were given regarding breakfast and amenities. We booked an accessible room for my young son who uses a wheelchair for mobility. The main bedroom was separated by a door and my son had the sleeper sofa. Both rooms had their own TV which was great! The bathroom was huge; the shower area allowed plenty of room for his wheelchair and the shower chair was large and wide which is extra important for safety. I had requested extra towels and they were there as well, already in place. The main bedroom beds were extremely comfortable as were the pillows. We had an excellent night sleep as did our son who said the sleeper sofa mattress was comfortable. Breakfast had plenty of options; peppered eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, oatmeal, cereal, fruit and several grab and go snacks. The immediate area provides plenty of dining options both fast food and dine-in & a gas station next door. All in all, the perfect stay!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean and quiet. Many quality dining options within walking distance or short drive. Very nice area! Nashville is a halfway point on our travels south and Hyatt Place in Murfreesboro will now be on our favorites list to stay.

I have stayed in the very same room because of my handicap. I love the room, on my last visit I notice a couple of things. No bath Matt after leaving the shower.also I found mold in upper right corner. I hope you pass this on the hotel.

Great location! Close to lots of shopping and dining options. Approximately 5 miles from Middle Tennessee State University and is a relatively easy drive. I would give the property five stars if the breakfast menu was a little better. Overall, it’s a nice hotel in a great location. You will not be disappointed.
