I normally love staying at Hyatt Place properties but this hotel seemed run down. The room was sufficient for our needs and the staff was helpful- also, the water pressure was amazing.

Super outdated hotel. Sinks drain slow, hold the toilet handle down to flush. Shower doors were broken and didn't close all the way. Stained carpets. Breakfast was good and the bed was decent. Pillows were tiny but comfortable. Other than that, no positives. I would never stay there again.

The rooms were very spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable as well. The comforters could be updated. They were a little old and worn out, but still were clean. Staff was friendly. I loved the airport shuttle that was available. We were able to walk to different food, restaurants, and stores for anything we needed locally and quickly. I would stay there again.

The location is what I was looking for when I booked this hotel. It has a shuttle that runs you to the airport. That is about four minutes away. It is also located about 5 miles from Opry Mills mall

We arrived to the hotel late after a late flight. I had called 2 days prior to inform the front desk that it would be a late check and to please hold our room. I was told this was not a problem and she would note my account. I received an email allowing me to do online check in which I did. I also received an email at 6pm saying my room was ready. I arrived at 1 am and was told that they had oversold my room and we would need to get a ride somewhere else. I was given the number of the manager to call in the morning but he was not working. I emailed the property with no response. Would not recommend.

We decided to stay at this hotel specifically because it said it had a restaurant and room service. Neither one were accurate. There’s no restaurant. There’s a bar (no mixed drinks because the person isn’t a bartender) but no menu for food. The Starbucks that is advertised is pretty misleading. There’s a small Starbucks sign by the bar area, except there was no one to make any Starbucks drinks. The tv in our room did not work. We couldn’t turn to any channels and the chrome cast wouldn’t allow us to connect to any streaming service that we have. The breakfast was mediocre. The orange juice had zero taste to it. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this hotel.
