It looks nice in the pictures but run down and outdated on the inside. The bathrooms are super small, the paint chipping off door frames, the room numbers are laminated paper with double sided tape. The free breakfast was just okay. Only ate there once. Only two of their exercise machines worked in their very small fitness centre. Unfortunately will not stay again.

The teenage boys ate three helpings of the free breakfast before we could even get to it. They charged us for parking. The last 4 times we stayed here it was free.

It was great for our stay after our concert .
The room was clean. It was very roomy except for the bathroom. The door touched the toilet when opening and closing. Our bathroom door would not latch.

Not a bad Hotel - just not your typical Hyatt level Hotel. The rooms were redone but the overall Hotel is a bit old and dated. The food menu is more limited than typical Hyatts. The place was loaded with spoiled, loud and disrespectful children so that has probably affected my ratings a bit. Pool was not working and unavailable. Rate was decent and rooms were clean. Not a terrible choice but we stayed at a Hampton Inn the next night that was far superio.

I thought this property was "ok" at best. Our ac was not working very well in our room, which made for an uncomfortable night. The light was burn out in our bathroom upon arrival. And, there was no soap in the soap dispenser in our shower. The lobby floor and walkways appeared dirty and needed swept. I found it odd that you had to pay extra for parking. I will say, the breakfast was good and the staff was friendly.
