We had a great stay at the Hyatt place, the staff were super friendly and welcoming and very accommodating. For a small fee we were even allowed to check out at 3 o’clock instead of 11am. Only part that we did not like was the 100 dollar fee for parking but that is pretty much expected in Nashville.

The complementary breakfast with stay was very nice. Location is wonderful. Did not like the fact that they had construction next door and it seems to go on 24 hours a day

It was clean and updated. The rooms have a safe, microwave, fridge and includes breakfast which is important to us. Great selection for breakfast. Parking was convenient but a bit pricey. It was in a great location where we felt safe and comfortable walking a few blocks day or night to Broadway.

Location was superb. Able to walk to any attractions we wanted to see There were however plenty of homeless people in proximity to the hotel. Breakfast buffet was adequate Would certainly stay again

The hotel was ok. Breakfast was ok. Coffee was not great. Desk staff was uninterested in being helpful. Fans were going all over the first floor from some kid of leak. Bathroom was not very clean, glass doors had fingerprints, hair on floor. Location was great. Price was competitive.

bad service, no TV, and construction= bad combo
Was a little off-put at time of checkout. The TVs went out on the night of the CMAs... in Nashville! I was looking forward to watching them. TV was out all night. Tried to call the front desk, nobody answered. To make matters worse, there is heavy construction going on all throughout the night right outside my window. Thats fine, but i had no TV to drown out the noise, leading to a rough night of sleep. The worst part was when i checked out. The gentleman didnt seem to care, or even apologize. He just shut me down and hurried me along. Simply put, he didnt care. On the bright side- breakfast is great, location is good, and beds are super comfortable.

We were in town for a vikings game and this location was perfect. We were within walking distance of the Stadium and downtown entertainment. There were plenty of dining options as well and convenient to the hotel.

The people were great and the front desk people we very professional and friendly The room was clean and comfortable However you need to do something about the white solar shade the light comming through from the sunrise woke us up at 4:30 each morning There should be a black out shade The location is great but that shade needs to go

Close to music , pedestrian bridge and Hall of fame. Good breakfast. Parking $47 night. No other lots around. Staff helpful. If you have a car drive to Franklin for civil war history tours.
