Great location.

Hotel was great. Our room was not ready when we arrived so we left our bags. We got back to the hotel late and the doors were locked. It took a little bit of extra time to get their attention and to get our bags to be able to check in. Otherwise, the stay was great.

It was walking distance, however, the email sent to me about early checkin was a different amount that what the front desk said. Also, when we looked on Expedia for properties we chose "free parking". This was not free parking.

We had a very nice and safe stay. Easy walking to Broadway and downtown. Excellent breakfast which is included in the stay. We would definitely stay there again.

The hotel location was ideal for walking Nashville. There was an issue with the elevators for the days we were there so wait times for elevators was incredibly long. I also was charged slightly more than what was quoted on hotels.com from the hotel directly. Not sure why the discrepancy.

Just ok.

Being on the higher side for a hotel we ran into some things that were rather frustrating. There was not clear direction on where to park or how to get into the garage. There honestly isn't clear signage as to where the hotel front door even was. One of the elevators was down causing a lot of grumpy people who took it out on others. We were only in for one night, but I likely won't stay here again even though it's very convenient to Mainstreet and Bridgeston Arena.
