Maybe an iron gate can be put up at the central area parking. Because my boyfriend nurses was shot after he started going through the cover area parking lot. So for trucks that sit up high it’s a very scary situation. Also maybe a microwave in the room would have been nice.

Nice location, loud construction.
Overall room was ok but could have used a more comfortable mattress. The street area and garage were under construction which was a little bit of inconvenience because of loud noises outside our window including loud sirens from passing emergency vehicles. The biggest negative was the extreme amount charged for parking vehicle which cost more than rental daily. Location was the biggest plus.

I was given a double queen bed versus the king bed I requested in April. My wife and I slept in separate beds due to this problem. I’m 6’4” and my feet hang off the end of the bed. Thus, I had to sleep diagonally in the bed. Plus,the ice machine was inop on our floor thus we had to go to other floors for ice. The valet service was excellent! Each person was very polite and courteous at each need.

Upon arriving they said they didn’t have the king room I had booked over a month before coming and gave me a queen. My friend checked in 3 hours after me and she got a king room. Entering the room there was souvenir coin left on floor. Next morning at 5am on Saturday we are woken to construction right outside our window. Only have ice machines on every other floor, so we have to change floors to find ice, of course the one we go to first is out of order. Them taking away my king room, we should have been given something to makeup for it. At least not stick us right by the construction!
