Nice, moderately priced hotel.

A nice, moderately priced hotel. Room was an odd configuration. Outlets were not easily accessible in the room. Comfortable beds.

Front Desk Clerk at check-in was terrible! Could not get reservation name correct. I had also reserved two rooms, asked her to add a name to reservation as he was checking in later. When he arrived, hotel was sold out and they had no room for him. Also i extended my stay by one night, had to come back down to desk to have key redone as she messed that up as well! ON my second morning as i was having breakfast, the same clerk arrived and went behind the counter and applied some kind of ointment on her feet. without washing her hands, immediately went to help customer. There was a restaurant menu in my room and when i went to order something during the hours posted, was told i had to come down to the bar to order. I did only to be told they have nothing on the menu except a cheese pizza! Only good part was the AM Clerk when i check out!

No tv but overall great trip

The trip was great, the only snag was a non working tv. The desk agent tried 3 different remotes thinking it was the issue, but neither of us could get the tv on. Had there not been bad weather in the area, I would not have been as worried. Other than that the trip was great!

Good location and friendly staff

We needed a place near the Opry and this was so close. The staff was so friendly and helpful! The breakfast offered a good variety. Our only issue was the tv. It didn't work and we asked for it to be fixed daily and it never worked for our entire trip.

Chad is great, very friendly... couple things tho... I was going to be billed for $8 parking for each day. When I checked in I said I didn't have a car. I said it again later. They took it off but it would have been charged had I not seen the fees first. Other folks were complaining about the parking fee as well since it is not mentioned clearly on the site. Half the chamnels on TV did not work. Only 3 items available for food. Breakfast ladies were awesome!
