This is a nice and convenient location. The only downside was very small bathroom, door barely clear the toilet and no microwave in the room.

Older facility, mildew smell in halls, AC leak

The property put me in a room where the ac was leaking. I reported it and they said maintenance was out and would be back the next day to get it looked at the next day when I returned the leak was worse, it had not been looked at and the front desk was not initially cooperative.

We were not pleased with the surcharge for parking. The parking area was large and easily able to accomodate the guests. Otherwise we enjoyed our 5 night stay.

Great stay, close to Opry Land stuff

All great, except the pool wasn't cleaned of all the outside debris. Would still recommend the hotel though. Close to all the Opry Land area activities.
