Overall good

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and overall a nice place to stay. The breakfast was decent and had enough variety to start the day. I would stay here again. Check-in was quick, though the front desk attendant didn’t seem particularly welcoming—felt like he was ready for his shift to be over. One thing to note: the hotel is pet friendly, which is great, but the pet fee is pretty steep at $100. I’ve usually seen fees between $25–$75, so this one felt a bit high. Overall, I’d recommend it for a comfortable stay, just be prepared if you’re bringing your furry friend.

Slacking on house keeping

When we got there, the toilet wasn’t clean. We were told that house keeping is every other day but no one came to clean/bring towels even after third day. We came back late at night and needed to request at least bringing towels. If it were under staff, they could have told us. We thought Hyatt was better brand.

Okay

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Service was good. Breakfast left something to be desired and the eggs were very unappetizing. The toiletries provided were not good at all and the hairdryer did not work. Also the coffee maker did not work as a previous guest put coffee grinds in the water reservoir.
