A company that is trying to renovate a dilapidated motel that has roaches and smells like mold. The pillows cases smelled of the last tendant. The main lobby was nice and clean. They are workng on the building, but have a long way to go. They where short of washclothes by the end of weekend.

Property needs a ton of maintenance. Painting, new bath tub, counters, tiles, etc. it’s across from a rail yard which kept me up most of the night with penetrating squealing noises. I’ve never stay there again.

First of all, the website did not indicate it was a motel. Then the room I paid for was supposed to have two full sized beds but had two twin beds instead for three adults. And finally, we were told by a guest who was checking out that her room had four roaches. So we checked out immediately.

Tub was clogged. I was able to get the clog to move with a coat hanger. Sink was proped up on 2x4 wood bracing to keep it from falling off the wall. Toilet handle was broke and would not flush. I was able to rig it to work. Room was dirty. Drug dealer in the parking lot dealing drugs. Noizy guests in room behind us arguing loudly all night long. Unattended breakfast bar with very poor selections and selections were not being restocked.

We’ve been charged 3 times for one night. Customer service has been terrible. The toilet leaked so bad the bathroom stayed wet. The bed felt like they used a super hard cardboard box and threw some blankets in the middle.

The parking lot was huge and location was pretty convenient. I stayed 3 times in a row and had no issues. The first room i stayed in was a beautiful king suite on the corner of the building with ceiling to floor windows that was really nice

This place was horrible. Run down on the outside, lobby was fine, rooms where awful! We ended up refusing to stay there and requested a refund. Beds had no mattress protector, mattresses had stains and crumbs on them and the mattress itself had the shape of a ski.

It looks super run down on the outside. They had all the staircases blocked off with clear trash bags. The rooms look ok on first look but upon further inspection, there are rips in the curtains, the lights are broken, and the TV didn't work. No fridge either.
