Hotel needs a major upgrade. 2nd floor carpet in hallway was torn and had bleach stains on it. The room had a broken dresser and torn/worn out carpet.

I booked through Expedia, however, It was not known that the pool was out of service, there were many areas that were being fixed. Our a/c unit needed servicing because it froze, but it left a wet spot of the carpet where I stepped on a few times because I did not see it since the carpet are already dark and not in the best conditions. The staff were amazing. Everyone I had an encounter with were super friendly and helpful. No ice machine in our floor but there was a sign that said there was. I felt blinded by both Expedia and the actual hotel.

Property shows it age and lack of some maintenance. Pool is not available, and will not be in the near future, All carpets in hallways are stained and need to be replaced Breakfast patties seemed to be from a prior breakfast.(my opinion on that).overall breakfast was a 7 out of a 10, not to bad. Front counter staff was a bit abrasive check in was bumpy. Expedia shows it better then it is. this property is no more then a two star. yet if you need a room it will do for a night.

Well I didn't like the fact that it was run down dirty there was prostitutes in the lobby no carpet in the hallway the room was not good the bathroom teeny tiny the room was dirty I just regretted going there and having to pay $170 for that

I would not recommend this hotel stay to any female staying alone. This property is on a remote location, limited access to transportation, dining, or other services. The property on all floors is dirty, needs to be remodeled, the elevators do not work, the tables in the lobby are sticky and the carpets are stained throughout with fleas. The hotel room I stayed in; the deadbolt did not work, the tv had a 5in blur out strip across it, the sliding door to the balcony didn’t work, the room had a power strip for cords which tripped the rooms power, the room was provided with the travel side small bar of soap and then never replaced for a 5 day stay. When asked for towels and toilet paper it was never provided. The major safety concern is that their was a male lurking in and outside of the hotel (free range) not hotel guest or employee- well known to several hotel night staff that would constantly harass my sister and I by saying inappropriate things to us. When repeatedly reporting this to hotel staff it was laughed off and we were told “oh he is harmless that just Dave” at several requests this man asked my sister and I to get in his car when we were walking to our Uber or bus stop. We spent 5 days here in Nashville and were u able to avoid this man.

The room was nice, clean and in a great location for what we needed. The breakfast area was very busy and it was a little low on food by 8:30. It made need extra help to keep things available like milk and eggs. It was still good. We will start again.

Friendly staff but…
The Front desk staff is extremely friendly! The comfort of the beds were great for a good night rest! The complimentary breakfast is the most basic of the same 3-4 items every day, but what can you expect for the price. The overall cleanliness and condition of the hotel is greatly run down. The pool was inaccessible, so if you have any kids (I have 2) who would want to enjoy this amenity then you’ll have to look elsewhere. Again… Depending on what you’re looking for this will just be a good place to sleep. If you’re looking for a hotel to also enjoy the amenities during your stay, look elsewhere!!

The room was all right, but the Breakfast was awful. We are breakfast people. The eggs were unapologetically cold, the coffee tasted terrible, and the waffles had no toppings as usual. We left and went to Waffle House.
