Property was quite, very nice main common area. Carpets are dirty in the 11th floor hallways, my room was upsetting, and the hallway was hot last night. Had issues getting 2 pillows to support my neck, was told by front desk to hunt down housekeeping for wash cloths. Very disappointed usually this property does better.
