The view was of the air conditioning unit. * There were holes in the curtains and no blackout curtain behind the main curtain. * There was hair around the edge of the shower. * The walls were scratched up behind the bed. * The room smelled like smoke. *When we checked out, the person at the front desk was rude. She didn’t even look up. She only said, “Drop your keys in the box.”

It’s a good one for the breakfast

Squeaky bed, no stopper for the bathtub and spotty room aervice for towels, toiletries, etc. breakfast was amazing. Pool was closed. I think I would stay again.

Very Pleased with the stay, Clean, everyone was very friendly and polite. The morning breakfast was very good with many choices of food and drinks to have. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others !

Not what we expected

Checking in the hotel staff did not recognize that this room was already paid for and tried to get us to pay for it. And then charges for incidentals which we haven’t even been in the room yet. The bed had crumbs on it as if it had never been made recently. And the sheet had blood spot on it. The sink had crusty’s on it. If we weren’t tired, I need to leave in the morning. We would’ve asked for a different room. Never again to this place.

The inside of the property itself wasnt that appealing, for example, the design of the carpets made it appear dirty even if they weren't. The lady at the front desk announced our room number which for most hotels is against policy. Alongside that, I have bite marks all across the side of my body that I slept on, so it appears they had some sort of bed bugs or insects in our room...

The water pressure in shower could have been more. We got 2 queen beds and they had different sheets, one was itchy and just overall low quality while the other was the complete opposite. Also, if you purchase on a third party site, there is a deposit of about 100$ which wasn't mentioned until check in. Otherwise overall stay was decent and in a good area. Hope this helps. :)

The property needs more upgrading. Not just a little paint here and there. The dresser drawer kept opening on its own, the widows were foggy and there were holes in the bathroom walls. The staff was very nice and even made us cookies!
