First off I would like to start by saying the staff were very helpful and super nice. Now for the improvements: we had booked through Expedia and it had placed us into an ADA room and the staff were unable to switch us to a normal room. This had caused a great deal of our dissatisfaction. The shower head leaked and shot water across the bathroom. Due to this being an ADA room there was no shower curtain so showering was quite difficult as we did not want to soak the floor. As for dirtiness of the room we were there for 7 day and at no point did our room get serviced by housekeeping. (They said biweekly cleaning) we found a dead roach bigger than a quarter in the bathroom. The AC would randomly work and would just shot off for an unknown time. Several days we had set the AC to 66 and had come back to our room being in between 75-80 degrees. When I brought this up to the staff they told me to go upstairs and just reset it until it kicked on. This trick did work but a guest shouldn’t have to tamper in the panel box to fix the ac. Overall it was a decent stay for the price and I hope the property can make some improvements as it is still fairly new and they have to to enhance other guests stays.

So this is definitely one of if not the best hotel in Smyrna minus a pool if it had that it would be 10/10 but the washer n Dreyer are excellent the work out room great the rooms are nice n big and clean

Water pressure was positively dreadful, killed a rather large roach my last night, and while the full sized fridge is nice, the rest of the kitchenette was basically useless since you had to pay extra for any useful tools. Pluses: Staff was very friendly. There was a pretty large group staying and stuff going on, constant messes being made in public areas. Not the staff's fault, but they were always right on top of it when brought to their attention.

Great hotel!

This is a newer hotel in a great location with many things within walking distance from grocery stores to food establishments to clothing stores. Everyone whom works there are helpful and nice. The hotel is clean and still feels new. Love it here!

Clean, economical It’s a minimalist property which is fine for the price, so bring your hair dryer. The window only has blinds, no black out curtain if light bothers you when you sleep.
