The Staff was incredible.....all employees. We had a slight issue with check in due to orbitz and a change of dates ....the staff worked with Orbitz and the error quickly and professionally and were extremely diligent in communicating with us to let us know it will be resolved quickly. Diner staff was excellent as well....very courteous and accomodating. Would highly recommend. :-)

I was a little disappointed in the shape of the hotel rooms. Plug-ins were loose and plugs would not stay in, thermostat was inaccurate, no shower doors, no bathroom locks, and ALOT of road noise. You also need to budget for parking because you are basically forced to pay valet at $57/night since the only other parking is public and it runs $45/night. Expected above average for Margaritaville, but was only par at best!

We really love the Margaritaville property. We stayed there two different dates within 10 days. Very convenient and walking distance. I did not give excellent due to the hefty parking fee (seems to be all of the hotels) and the more than average cost to stay especially in December and January. It was very clean and very comfortable. We also stayed at the Margaritaville in Punta Cana. It was an excellent adventure!!!

The staff was wonderful, we only stayed for one night before we went to the airport, my daughter left her bag inside the Starbucks and Savya the manager notified me and kept it in a safe spot until we returned. They were phenomenal.
