Check the n was easy and lobby had lots of county memorabilia which was nice. The room was a bit rundown. Corrosion in the tub, stains all over the chair in the room. Regular double bed rooms had no mini fridge or microwave. The breakfast was a true continental style breakfast with the only protein available was a hard boiled egg. There were bagels but no cream cheese. I did like the shuttle service to and from Broadway that came every 30 minutes. Overall all I would say the stay was mediocre. For the price in Nashville, the room was appropriate compared to prices at other stays.

Beautiful old style hotel. Nice pool area with seating. Love the free shuttle that goes down town. Simple clean rooms. Nice little gift shop with food, clothing and drinks. I would definitely stay here again.

Outdated hotel, customer service was excellent. Was informed upon check in I needed to pay an assistant $25 for “hotel being close to downtown.” Side note the fridge had a lock on it in my room?!!! I completely blame myself for entire experience because I had a last minute business trip & booked everything @ 9 P.M on shoulder of highway after 8 hour drive from Chicago.

Birthday celebration

Check it was a breeze was there with friends to celebrate my birthday. However our bedskirt was stained, it looked like someone had urinated on it. It was brought to the attention of the front desk several times, and not taken care of until our last day. Very disaapointed as we have stayed here several times and I have recommended this hotel to my family and friends over the last several years, This is the first time I have felt not taken care of.,
