Bedsheets had blood stains on them along with blood on other parts of the room. Staff was very rude. Would not stay here again. Didn’t enjoy my time here.

The facility is really nice but very understaffed. I only saw two workers(who were nice) the two days we were there. I had no wash cloths so i called the front desk. They said they'll send housekeeping up with some. They never showed so my wife went down to get a couple.... only to find out that they could only locate ONE towel. Has a great setup for serving food but didn't even serve a continental breakfast

It was not a pleasant experience. We arrived at 3 to check in and room was not ready until 4:30. TV did not work in the room along with the phone. We had no wash clothes in the room - got those from staff at 12:30 am that night —- never got anymore the remainder of the stay with asking over 5 different times Sunday . We continued to get that they were being washed.

Clean and updated!
The room was clean. The staff at check in and checkout were friendly and very helpful. When our room’s TV didn’t work, they quickly moved us to another room. The second room did have an odor, but the air conditioner was off, so likely explains that. When turned on, the smell mostly improved and the a/c was super cold- perfect for Southern summers! Was great for a quick overnight trip, but there isn’t a continental breakfast, pool, or vending machines.

Great experience.
Went Nashville during the CMA fest. Wanted a hotel that wasn't too expensive. And not to much of a drive from Broadway. This was $150 a night (we only stayed one night). Felt clean, good service. It went well!
