This is a nice property in a great location to Broadway. Several of the staff were friendly but others seemed not happy to be there. The coffee stations located on each floor seemed fine although having a coffee maker in the room is much better. The hallway coffee station was not stocked with to-go cups and they needed maintenance so they weren’t working properly for two days. Not impressive!

There was a coffee/tea/water nook on every floor that was available 24 hours at no charge. Very convenient and thoughtful considering how expensive bottled water can be.

We stayed 10/11-10/13 and had a wonderful time. The hotel staff was so wonderful and helpful. The rooms were gorgeous an comfortable. We loved the decor and architecture of the building. We were in walking distance to almost everything which was a major plus. Will definitely stay again!

Overpriced Downtown Hipster Hotel
Our initial room at check in was on the second floor - when I asked for a higher floor, I was given 3rd floor. Disappointing considering I reserved for 7 nights to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, booked 3 months prior, and am platinum status with expedia. However, the hotel did followup and move us to the 11th floor the following day. The hotel staff service - bartenders, cleaning crew were all wonderful. Great location to do anything you want to do downtown, but some may find it noisy.

The stay was great, the only thing I didn’t like was the lack of natural light I had it felt like a cave. The hydration station was good for the water but I’m not a fan of the nespresso machine!

Would try another hotel next time.
Nice hotel and rooms, however only chair was a desk chair which is not super comfortable. Also, service at rooftop bar was abysmal. Downright rude and bad bartenders. Probably lose out on a lot of business there. Restaurant service slow. Manager on his phone most of the time we saw him.

We had a great weekend staying at Noelle! The valet service was awesome as far as being attentive and doing their best to ensure an easy entrance and exit to the property. However, I did not like the fact that it was a tourist trap situation with no realistic parking situations. Over priced. It was also a huge disappointment not having a working coffee machine on our floor. One of the workers was try to fix and told me they would have to get someone to come look at it. This was early Sunday morning. When I checked out Monday, the machine was still not fixed. That said, the property was clean and beds comfortable.
