Really enjoyed my short stay here! The gentleman working the front desk named Shiv was amazing and upgraded our room for us at check-in. Check in also took less than five minutes and the view from our room was incredible. Will absolutely stay here again!

Overall the stay was good. Shower and bathroom sink didn't drain. Refrigerator made a loud hum. Smart TV wasnt set up in bedroom. Spoke to front desk the next morning and they had maintenance fix all these things by the time we arrived back to room that evening. Parking in the garage is confusing. Hotels.com gave us a credit for parking but hotel isn't affiliated with garage. Had to call the garage parking to make sure we weren't going to be charged. Little inconvenient but overall good stay.

The Placemakr was great. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We wanted to leave music on for our pet while we were away but were not able to use any of the apps on the tv, you have to sign into them which we did not want to do. The parking ramp is next door and is 40.00 per day.

Only issue was TVs could not hold Onto a wifi signal, so was impossible to watch tv in the room. Was a maintenance issue that they were slow to get to, and did not fix. Had to watch on my iPad.

We stay frequently but this time the cleanliness of the room wasn’t the best. The balcony really needs a wash down - looked like alcohol spilled all over and vomit. The tub was completely clogged and not draining properly. Other than a few minor things- will stay again in the future.
