The girl receptionist was rude and not at all welcoming. She tried to charge me $15.00 for early check in. It was 2pm and check in was 3pm. The person in the office heard her and told her not to charge me. She never smiled and even the next day she just told me to leave the key on the desk and never said anything else. Not did I have a nice stay? Nothing. I will never stay at another Quality Inn because of this person. Someone should teach her how to greet people.

It was a nice place for a single night stay. They are pet friendly but they have specific rooms so make sure you note in the comments that you are bringing a pet. There were bars and restaurants within walking distance. They offer a decent breakfast- waffles, eggs, muffins and juice. Coffee was nothing to write home about but I’m particular about mine. 😁

When arrived found hair on tub, had 1/2 roll of TP, and was noisy outside from two rowdy bars nearby. Room wasn’t cleaned after first night. No fresh towels, TP, or cleaning. Local rowdy bars are open everynight and play loud music. Other then that it was an average to good hotel. Not much to do in the area recreationally.

The Quality Inn is very convenient for The Grand Ole Opry House and Gaylord Complex and Opry Mills. There is a shuttle bus from the hotel to The Country Music Hall of Fame at a very good return price. There are places to eat and drink including a great music bar.

This place is an amazing value. Very well lit parking lot. Very clean rooms and a terrific price. The staff is courteous and friendly. No need to spend $400 a night when in Nashville, for a 3rd of the price stay here and save your money for all the other things to do.

The motel was clean since it is in the process of being renovated. There is no coffee pot in the room. No phone to call the front desk. Breakfast is ALL carbs- toast, muffins, cereal, waffles. Coffee is subpar so we opted for door dash coffee each morning. Giving what we paid for the room the door dash was not excessive. Close to a great restaurant and a cracker barrel. Walking distance to some nice venues.
