This hotel was everything I look for in a hotel, clean, quiet, safe, and comfortable. You can tell they renovated recently and the staff was friendly. Breakfast could be improved, but that's like every hotel. Would absolutely stay here again.

Good luck with communication with the staff

I had to cancel my reservation and called every number the hotel had listed and the employees would let it ring and then hang up the phone. I even tried to send emails with no response. I didn’t receive a refund and never stayed not one night. I will never return to this place.

This was a great hotel for the price. Staff was nice and breakfast was hot. The bed was super comfy too. No complaints. I liked that it was just 10 minute drive to downtown Nashville.

I used their laundry machines on 3rd floor, the machines were smart and uses a smart payment, satisfied staying in this hotel, area was very quiet but yet got shops and dining options.
