Needs improvement but still ok
4 stars. Needs improvement. Our rooms remote buttons were broken, safe was locked and couldn't access to store our things, fridge did not work, bed was very firm (depends on how you like it). Eggs and sausage was cold and overall breakfast was just okay. Front desk did change the room after wards but safe did not work period in that and only some of the buttons on the remote worked but we were too tired to complain. We are not very picky so still giving 4 stars. The free flowing coffee and other coffee based beverage machine available all day and night was great.

Just Wow...
I was comfortable with our stay here, the rooms were decent and clean. The breakfast that is offered is also fairly decent and coffee, tea, water, and juice to choose from. My problem, however, comes after we checked out and the hotel decided to try to charge my card several times all while still holding my $50 deposit. That seems very suspicious to me, maybe I am overthinking and overreacting. Then I called the hotel to ask about the charges and the phone rang until it hung up on its own ( I did this twice ) but because of that alone I do not recommend this business and we will not return here. If you are traveling and choose this place or any other hotel please keep your cards locked.

The price wasn’t bad considering others around the area. The room and furniture was very outdated, chair in the room had most of the pleather coming off on the chair arms and front of seat, along with a very uncomfortable bed. The bathroom had mildew in the shower, overall very disappointing and will not be going back.

Nice breakfast, nice staff. The area is perfect- quiet- yet close to the airport (shuttle) and a quick and inexpensive Uber to downtown Nashville. Mexican restaurant on site is excellent with awesome staff. Good value; Would definitely stay again.

I wanted accommodation close to the airport, which this is. The hotel offers a free airport shuttle service, however when I enquired around this I wasn’t advised it needed to be pre-booked, so I spent quite a bit of time waiting at the airport. I also found the staff to be quite abrupt and despite staff frequently sitting at tables near reception and seemingly having lots of free time, I had a lot of trouble contacting the hotel. The reception was often unattended. Lastly, the property does offer ‘laundry facilities’ which is one washing machine and one dryer in a common hallway. I would recommend ensuring you have quarters, as not only can it be hard to find someone at reception, they seem quite frustrated when asking for change.
