Waited 30min after phoning for the shuttle. Was five min drive when it turned up. Otherwise roomy and clean hotel in convenient location to airport.

The bed and pillows were awesome. Had the BEST sleep! I would stay there again just for that! Only note is that their site says that the rooms have a refrigerator but they have "coolers" instead that only get to 56 F. Not cool enough to store my unopened insulin. They say "Smart Frig" on them but when I asked the front desk why I couldn't get the temp to change from 56 degrees, she said they were really coolers. What use is that? I checked their direct website again and it does say the rooms have a refrigerator. False advertising. I like the convenience of having my own frig and not having to have the front desk cool it for me. Luckily I had a portable frig with me but was hoping to give it a break for the night.

A MUST STAY!

What a beautiful hotel with exceptional service!!! Food was delicious, pool was warm, and the room was SO CLEAN!!! The bed is super firm/hard but the pillows were wonderful.

I choose the location for convenience but I should have searched a little more widely. I turns out there was a huge cheer competition nearby and it affected crowding, service and availability of requests (a cot for instance). For the price, it probably would have been worth it to drive a bit.
