Great Location

Loved the employees. They were all so friendly. Furniture needs refreshed in the king suite. The kitchen was amazing. Breakfast was a nice bonus. Outside sitting areas were nice and so was the pool. Located right by cracker barrel and opryland hotel.

I didn't like the fact that the out door grill was not working correctly. Staff was great and accommodating. The rooms were very nice however small things with maintenance needs to be looked at like telephones not working garbage disposal not working small things but you don't have time to get them corrected while you're staying. Otherwise great state

I was in 509. The plugs on the desk and end table by sofa did not work. The shower curtains are insanely short. I stay in a lot of hotels have not ever seen ones that short. It barely touched the top of the tub thus creating issues with making sure you didnt get water everywhere. I would recommed some better pillows. They were not good, even by typically hotel standards. The ice machine on the 5th floor doesnt work either. Im sure you hear things like this from guests all the time. I truly am not trying to be a complainer. I am merely presenting areas in which this nice hotel can be an amazing hotel. Upon check in, i was pleasantly greeted by a lady who appeared to be trainging. As a former manager of a hotel, i inderstand the challenge of the trainer and trainee. That being said, the check in was difficult. I ususally use another brand when i travel throughout the country. The other brand's app is far easier to navigate. I rarely even have to stop at the front desk for check in. I do appreciate the ability to go straight to my room. There are times i do require digital keys and physical keys. I was surprised that i was unable to obtain both for use on either of rooms. So that was odd. I do realize that is something completly out of your control but maybe worthy to note if anyone ever does ask about possible improvements. Overall, this stay was most pleasant. The staff was very nice. Things were clean. Housekeeping was attitive to our needs. The breakfast was very good.
