Bugs inside the room even when they changed the room it was still bugs in there the tv didn’t work this was a room from the pits of hell a refund is very much needed.

No smoke detector, cracks on walls where different colors came through, non smoking room smelled like smoke, elevator smelled like urine, outlets could not even charge a phone over 6 hours past 55%.i understood no coffee, hair dryer or other specials things
Horrible experience, we did not stay because the room was filthy & infested with bugs. We had to get a different hotel because it was so bad & we tried reaching out to manager because management wasn’t present at time & have been being ignored. We have not received our refund.

No air conditioning. Power outage during our stay and hotel management locked themselves away and wouldn’t let any guests know what was going on.
for starters, the room was in a dilapidated state. floorboards exposed, burn holes on every blanket and cover. deer ticks found laying on the bed soon as we entered. one roach in the bathtub. luckily we had blankets and pillows packed. then later on in the night the power went out for the whole block. went to the desk to see if its just the building or more than that. was only told "go to your room" and nothing else. When returned the key she mentioned that Expedia called and they are not giving refund. smiled in our face and said your not getting anything.
TV didn’t work. I told the front desk. They tried to explain I didn’t know how to operate it. I’ve had a little experience with turning a tv on. They never came to my room to check. That was unfortunate because it would have been the perfect time to show them the cockroaches in the bathroom including the one on my toothbrush. I reviewed them on their website. They sent me an email apologizing and promising to do better “the next time” I stayed with them. Would have been nice to get a partial refund, but you live and you learn.
