Everything at night is technology. You can’t get in. When technology fails, your are screwed! They refuse to talk to customers on the phones. Only texts, and remote commands. But when it doesn’t work, you can’t get a key. We slept in the lobby the first night we arrived. They refused to allow me to call them, or then call me. Horrible experience. Now parking even gets worse. You better know what spot to pick before you get in. They will not allow you to change, although it only would require them to click a computer button. They are lazy. Once you realize you picked the wrong spot, you will be doing some serious walking. Sometimes on dark streets with homeless people everywhere. The parking experience ended my relationship with this hotel. Good luck!

The roller shade in the bedroom was lightweight - so it was pretty bright from city lights when trying to sleep - they definitely need room darkening shades. The rooms need bathmats - the bathrooms are huge which is nice - but scary to slip on the wet tile when trying to get a towel. Very reasonably priced - though it is across from a shelter - so ubers felt safer than walking.

Ridiculously aggravating check in. The place was fine and the location was convenient, But it was some sort of investment condo and not a hotel at all, and I was so irritated by the time we actually got in the apartment that I would never stay again.

Beautiful pool area with pool side patio. Very accommodating when we had a later flight out to continue using amenities after checkout and stored our luggage. Would definitely stay here again

Easy access instructions as long as you read and follow what they send to you. Text msg communication was fast and reliable for questions. Great pool and gym. Kitchen very minimally equipped. Bed was comfy but easily had the space to have King sizes instead of Queen. I recommend packing an eye mask for sleeping as the rooms get bright very early in the mornings. No black out curtains. Nice being able to do laundry in suite as well. Overall I'd consider staying here again.

The room door kept getting stuck and at times wouldnt lock. The sink in the bathroom sprayed water all over the sink. The bed isnt comfortable at all so our sleep was terrible. Overall the trip was fun but may have been better with a different room.
