Great space but a bit uncomfortable

Property was beautiful and spacious and in a great location, but I couldn’t get ahold of the front desk, info was tough to find on their website, and I was woken up in a shock on my last day there by someone from the cleaning service just walking right into my room - they apologized but it was definitely a shock.

Heck No!

Unclear instructions and lack of signage had us lost in the desolate building trying to find signs of life to direct us to the front desk! Unit was spacious, well equipped and maintained- except for the part where the AC was not functioning ideally and the ceiling fan was too noisey to use ! Worst part was the rash and swelling on my face the next morning from scratchy sheets and overly perfumed laundry soap. They did try to rectify it with a $66 credit . So our new rate was still over $200- so not again for us!

We have stayed here before. Very convenient location, nice amenities (gym, pool, grills) and clean apartments. A balcony overlooked someone else’s balcony so not great.

The apartment was nice, but the floors were dirty, and there were a lot of appliances that didn’t work .the shower handle was loose. The living room table it's falling apart.

We enjoyed the room although there was hair in the bathroom sink, handprints on the white walls, and two dirty plates in the dishwasher at check-in. We found it difficult to navigate the hotel and get to the locations we wanted to. By the third day, we finally felt confident in knowing how to get to the lobby, pool, to street level where we wanted to go. Felt uncomfortable with homeless people around, dog crap on the sidewalk outside the hotel, and people urinating inside the parking garage.

I loved the mini suite with the kitchen in it. The room is spacious, clean and bright. I would stay there again next time I am in Nashville. Great value.
