This is our go-to hotel when visiting Nashville from So Cal. Everyone is friendly and professional, rooms are comfy and roomy. The library bar has some great food choices for a light dinner and breakfast. Absolutely love the location…close enough to Broadway that you can walk, but far enough away that you can get a quiet night’s sleep. The top floor Sky Bar gives you great views. Prices are reasonable. Zero complaints….100% satisfaction.

Location is perfect for those looking to be in the mix of downtown Nashville! After 2pm, they offer a shuttle service to the Broadway strip and it runs until approximately 11pm. Room was clean and the L-shaped couch was a nice touch for lounging in the room between activities. Food/drink at the Library restaurant was mediocre at best. 45 minutes for a club sandwich and fries to arrive and the whiskey smash was terrible. $52 a night for parking in the garage was a tad bit outrageous but I am not sure if that is the norm. All in all, not a bad place to stay.

The Sheraton Grand Nashville is ideally located for enjoying the Lower Broadway area. A quick 10 minute walk downhill gets you to all the bars and the arena. The staff at this hotel are exceptional. We almost exclusively stay at Marriott properties and the staff here is the best I’ve ever encountered.

The hotel was in a perfect area with lots of cute shops, restaurants and parks near by. We read reviews about construction but we didn’t hear anything and our trip wasn’t affected at all. The room was renovated as was the front lobby. It’s an older hotel in general but well maintained and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

It’s a great place, central to the capital, and TPAC. My issue is I paid in full through Expedia, for a roll in shower / handicap room, when checking in, non were available, since this was a fully paid for room, non cancelation option, I should have been guaranteed a Handicap room / Roll in shower. Hotel staff offered a shower chair, but it did not fit the shower stall with glass doors, and the toilet was not wheel chair height, and no grab bars.

Was expecting better than what I got. What was easy was valet. The elevators were slow. Our room door was not working properly. The ac did not work at all, and Summer in the South is sticky! Staff was nice but not too concerned about my issues. The lobby seemed congested and chaotic but was clean. The front was dirty, but the employees greeting were friendly. The lady driving the golf cart around had a friendly outgoing personality and seemed to like her job.
