First time I stayed at a Sleep Inn & Suites. Overall, excellent experience. Helpful and friendly staff. Clean room with a particularly nice shower for this caliber of a hotel. .

We had an issue checking in because the chip reader didn’t work properly. The original room was not cleaned well and the toilet wasn’t working and couldn’t get fixed without getting parts the next day. The second room wasn’t a king sized bed. No refund was offered for the inconveniences.

We were looking for an inexpensive room for the night and it fit the bill. It was an older hotel with some wear and tear but staff was good and everything was very clean. Would definitely stay there again

Everything was going pretty good until the assistant manager was being rude. i was there for 2 days and I wanted extend my vacation for 3 more days. I told the guy will be out going to the airport to extend my contract with the rental car company and I might be back before 11 am, so It took me more time than I expected and as soon as I stepped in the hotel, Greg the assistant manager started raising his voice about the money in front of my girlfriend. I told money wasn’t an issue for me just let me go inside to get a card to make the payment. He said no, you went out and you supposed to have your wallet with you. I had like $500 and change cash on me I ended up paying him with cash for a night. A few hours later i went on Expedia to book the 2 extra nights. I started tapping him and other staff members since day one at the hotel. This guy seems nice but he’s very rude, unprofessional. I’d take my business elsewhere next time.
