The room was not clean. The bed had sheets with stains on them. We had to ask for more towels, we had one small piece of soap for two people being there three days. An ironing board but no iron. Awoken by the disgusting smell of a very strong pot being smoked by the neighbors. People have a right to do whatever they want, but something with the ventilation that it was so strong. Did not have breakfast there, the coffee, however, was fine. But I thought there would be a coffee maker in the room. The overall hotel just smelled terrible,

I stayed here recently with my (adult) son, as part of a road trip. I am on a budget, and this had good reviews and facilities that suited my needs, so I booked it. However, it was by far the worst hotel we stayed in during our trip and we would not stay here again. Staff were mostly miserable and unhelpful and the room was really tired and in dire need of modernisation or refurbishment. There were several areas in the room and bathroom where there were cracks in the wall and paint peeling off (see pictures below).The remote control for the TV did not work, and had sellotape over the battery compartment, so I called Reception, for a replacement. The gentleman was very difficult to understand, due to a strong accent, and asked me to come down to Reception to collect some new batteries. I explained I had already changed into my pyjamas, but he was unwilling to send the batteries up to the room, so I sent my son down to collect. He said the man disappeared for ages and then came back with a new remote instead! Thankfully, this worked fine. The a/c unit was very noisy and kept me awake at night, so I had to turn it off in the end, which meant we were too hot. Breakfast was very disappointing and the "continental breakfast" consisted of just cereal and a waffle. Most of the tables and food area were messy and dirty and most of the food had gone. A member of staff came in and switched everything off and turned off the lights about 5 mins before 9am and we assumed that was the end!

Parking was the only good thing beds are so hard and uncomfortable smoke detector hanging from the ceiling. Our door had a hole in it that u can put stuff through the carpet was ripped up with tack strip, showing and got stabbed by it several times every time you use the toilet, you had to plunge it Chair in room broken and don’t get me started on the local tweakers outside the hotel do not book here unless you’re trying to stay at a trap house without the money

I stayed at this hotel for a 3-day work conference at the Opryland Resort. I was disappointed in the breakfast options - which were only yogurt, waffles, and muffins - and was unhappy about having to get breakfast elsewhere when I was already going to be paying for lunch and dinner for 3 days. The Uber rides out here were also costly; $25 from the airport which is only 3 miles away. Even though the rooms were comfortable and the shower was hot, I would probably stay somewhere closer to downtown or Opryland in retrospect.

Property was quite and had easy parking. Property is in walking distance to several restaurants, gas station and a shopping center. Property is close to the airport. Room was clean but need a deep clean to get rid of the discoloration in the bathroom floor. The staff was very friendly are hard to understand and should be able to print a hard copy of your receipt when you reserve the room on line.
