Terrible condition of furniture in prooerty.looked like they picked it up from the curb or poor thrift store-just awful. So dumpy and sunk in that had trouble getting out of vouch.had to cover it with sheets to just feel “clean”.
It was not a cleaning crew issue-just failure to updste heavily used furniture-all of it was crap-ALL of it-yucky.
Would never recommend this sonder company again!
I really loved how it was contactless and also very friendly with immediate service. The room was clean and overall great experience. Transportation was easy to navigate and was close to the broadway area.
Poor staff working for this property. We got locked out of our room when first checking in after a 10 hour flight as they gave us the wrong code and we couldn’t contact them with uk number.
Sofa bed was broken. We did get to move rooms because of this but we were offered no complimentary stuff from being locked out and even had to pay nearly 100 dollars for parking. You would think they would let you park for free.
It was clean in there so maybe it was just the staff but it wasn’t the best. Pool was out of use and was dirty. Pool area looks nothing like the pictures
This is a very good option for staying in Nashville. It is a safe, walkable area near the hospital and between Vanderbilt and Belmont. Some great breakfast dining options nearby (walkable) though fewer dinner options.
This is like staying in a nice apartment of a friend who is out of town and lets you stay there. More like an apartment than a hotel. No front desk or free breakfast but it works well if you're comfortable with handling everything via an app. You'll need that to negotiate the parking and the access codes for elevator and room. If you don't like dealing with apps and would rather be able to talk to people such as at a front desk, then this may annoy you.
The sign up process required for just booking the stay felt more than a bit intrusive. I almost backed out while going through that. They ask for a lot more information than normal.
Also, be aware that there is a separate charge if you want to park in the garage. That should be made obvious while booking through Expedia. Maybe it was and I missed it but that was another negative surprise.
Still, we enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend this property.
Amazing place for great price….the kitchen is bigger than most houses in the area with long counter and seating as well as a large island. Perfect as most people spend time with guests in the kitchen. Will be staying again

The property was very near the hospital that I was having my surgery at. The property was a wonderful place to rest and conveniently located to some great restaurants and shopping within walking distance for my wife and sister while I rested.
Great stay, we enjoyed our unit. It was clean, comfortable and all the extra necessities were great to have. The only negative thing was the walls are very thin so you hear noises from all around, all hours. Including elevator and we weren’t even near it.
Would not ever stay at this hotel or with this company again. Bar of pull out bed was broke in half and caved in so not sleepable and couch too small to sleep on, chair in living room back was completely broken, slat of vertical blind in bedroom was missing and sun shown through early morning. We arrived late for a nearby college event early the next day so we found a blow up mattress in the closet and decided to use that instead of trying to find a new room at that late hour. Air mattress deflated through the night so was also a bust. Communication only on line through chat was frustrating the next day waiting on responses for several minutes…especially on a weekend trip. They gave us zero compensation for no bed available for our son for the first night. They did move us for the second night and the second room was great so maybe we just got a lemon but would not recommend taking the chance and no compensation for the lack of a second bed as we paid for is unacceptable.

Excellent & reasonably priced
Loved the place — great app to communicate real-time. Easy check in and out. Wish the pool opened earlier and more in the gym including accessories for the machine. Appreciated the available supplies for us to access when needed and security through codes rather than keys. Fully stocked kitchen and laundry detergent. Great location. Highly recommend!
