The EV charger has never worked although they advertize having charging the front desk said the city has never hooked it up. The toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall, the sink faucet was misplaced so water got all over the sink and you couldn’t fit your hands under it. The pillows smelled bad.
Excellent spacious hotel. Everything was brand new. Received a well upgraded room. Loved the attention. Excellent check in. Polished furniture. Clean hotel. Good simple breakfast. 24 hour coffee. Happy staff. Customer service oriented. Received a nice welcome greeting too.
I would have gave 5 stars but they didn't give us the mobility accessible room we booked. My husband, who is in a wheelchair, had a very difficult time in the bathroom. Otherwise, it was a very nice hotel.
We were assigned a room with a known issues with the door lock. As a single mom with a daughter, I was frustrated that they would do this. Our neighbors told us the lock didn't work because their mom was in the room prior to us and they requested that she be moved. We tested the door and sure enough you could just simply push it open. I went to the front and asked to be moved. Then was moved to a room where the air was not working. It was in the 90's and we were already sweaty from lugging our luggage all over the hotel. The hallways were hot (not air moving). We had 3 hours before we were supposed to attend an event. I went to the desk and said I did not want to stay there as I was unsatisfied with the accommodations. They refused a refund since I booked through Travelocity. I took it to Travelocity and they also declined to refund the money. I will never use either of them again.

The only door we could come and go through was the front door, but our room was towards the back. I was traveling with work equipment and couldn't leave it in the car so I had to haul a ton of stuff from the back of the parking lot to the front door to the back of the hotel. If I had realized I would have booked somewhere else to make this whole process easier because I did have to make several trips. Hotel was still under a small amount of construction.
