Clean & Great Location

Great hotel! Clean, smelled nice, & was quiet. Location was perfect for getting downtown & to Opry Mills. The hot breakfast is what you would expect for a hotel. Lots of dining options nearby if needed, too. The only complaint my group has is not having housekeeping as an option when staying there, even though it was 3 nights. We had to get our own towels, TP, & trash bags(and change out the trash) from the front desk. We had to take dirty towels down to the front desk & put them in a bin as well. Hotel stays are supposed to breaks from doing all that in our own homes(especially as parents) so that was a bit disappointing! We would stay there again, though!

I showed up to check in and the lady at the front desk said they over booked and I didn’t have a room. I booked a suite online because we had 5 people. The lady at the front desk was trying to put 5 of us in one room with one king bed. Never staying at one of those hotels again. So we had to find a different place and we spent 800 for two rooms because that was our only option. I believe Expedia or that hotel chain should reimburse me for those hotel rooms.
