Checked in by most unprofessional/unfriendly desk clerk. Listening to bowling “how to” on speaker. Sent us to room, the room was unmade with uneaten takeout. Went to get another room, didn’t apologize, didn’t say anything, just handed us a different room key. Got into room, no tv remote. He gave us another room key and told us to go take the remote from that room. 😳. The bed was perfect, the hotel was quiet. All in all worth the price. Service just needs improving.

Upon our check in we had to move twice. First room - A/C didn’t work. 2nd room - TV didn’t work. After 5 nights there, I asked for room service. They replaced towels and toiletries but didn’t touch the bed. No change of linens. Hotel lobby area and elevators were dirty with outside debris. The reviews on Expedia were quite positive but unfortunately, we didn’t see much positive during our 6 night stay. The one positive is the manager was very pleasant and accommodating.

It took 3 rooms before we got one that had been cleaned. The clerk did her best to help, but it’s obvious the management staff is not engaged. The entire 3rd floor reeked of pot. We were told they are preparing for a renovation, so we would have to go to another hotel next door for the continental breakfast. We would have left, but was told they would credit Expedia, then we would have to request a refund from them. Wasn’t going to ride that rollercoaster. Extremely disappointed with this hotel.

Room was clean and front desk staff was very friendly. Biggest disappointment was that upon arrival on Dec 20, the room was freezing cold when we got in, it was set to 66 degrees running ac, not heat. Had to go to neighboring hotel for breakfast and it was what you expect for the simple breakfast served nowadays.
