Stayed over the Easter weekend, bathrooms dirty very low budget from super 8 to luxe studios , little banner outside of name can’t see it , says breakfast when you book, only to bagels - and 4 pieces of bread and oranges out lol

I booked this place because it was affordable and offered free breakfast, hot tub, and indoor pool. The first red flag was that there was not a sign, just a banner. But we thought this might be understandable if they were in franchise transition. Then I went to check-in. They demanded a $50 CASH deposit. No cards. Just cash. And they do not give you a receipt for the deposit, just a promise that you will get it back at checkout. Ok, well it’s too late to find something else at this point, so I scrape together the deposit (without using their ATM strategically positioned next to the check-in desk which I am sure disappointed them). We went up to the room. It looked pretty decent on the surface. The beds were comfy. But don’t look under the beds. In addition to the filth, we found empty bottles and used makeup blenders. The TV was unable to receive any signal. Zero. Not a single channel. We go down to the indoor pool and dip our feet in. Yikes! A couple degrees lower and I think we could ice skate on it. Way too cold to enjoy a swim. No heat at all. The hot tub was nice and hot, but the switch to turn on the jets was broken, so no jets. The free breakfast was a joke. A couple slices of bread and a bagel or two and some butter. No jelly, no cream cheese, just butter. There was also instant oatmeal and two kinds of dry cereal with a small pitcher of milk for the cereal, a juice dispenser, and one pot of flavorless coffee. Also, no coffee machine or ice bucket in the room.

This was not with the money at all. Luckily the room was clean enough to stay in. The TV didn't work, so I tried to call the front desk but the in room phone didn't work either. I called the front desk from my cell phone and got vm a couple times. I finally just gave up and went to sleep. Tried to take a shower in the morning but there were only hands towels in the room! And when we arrived we were told they required a $50 CASH room deposit, they did have a cash machine on site which send a bit suspicious... I had to ask them to give me a receipt so that I could get it back in the morning. The pool /sauna reaked of chlorine and it wafted into the hotel lobby. Overall, would not recommend.

This hotel was one of the worst I have ever been to. The room was in disrepair, smelled terrible of marijuana and smoke. The carpet and wall fixtures, wall coverings and everything was so old and dirty. The window was broken and would not lock with roof access. When trying to get a refund to check out same night we checked in, because it was not suitable or safe to have my family stay, we were harrassed by one of the long term guests that lied pretending he was an employee and then said he was security. Tried to intimidate us. Front desk said he was a guest that had stayed for 3 years. It was a very sketchy place. I do not recommend unless you are looking for a place to do drugs and party.

Horrible Hotel

The hotel doesnt look anything like the pictures. There was no hair dryer, comforter, and there was only two small pillows. The shower was filthy. The room was damaged. We had to give a $50 cash deposit when we checked in which weve never heard of. We got it back after they went in and checked our room at check out.Very sketchy. We dont recommend this hotel to anyone.
