Wonderful hotel very nice clean respectful comfortable. I can’t ask for a better place nice restaurant downstairs fully equipped with everything you ever need in a extended. Stay room.

For the price, pretty good. Only had one towel in the room. Floor tile was loose. Good comfortable bed. Not much for breakfast. Had oatmeal, cereal, bread and bagels. I think they had other things but the baskets were empty. Old Super 8. Still needs quite a bit of work.

They required a $50 cash deposit upon arrival, and when checking out the one front counter employee had to go to inspect the room before returning the cash deposit. It took a long time since he had to inspect multiple rooms. The room itself was run down and the shower curtain was barely hanging on. Even though breakfast was included there was almost nothing left by 8.00am. No in room coffee, water, cups etc. Very poor experience, will not stay there again

BED BUGS
UGS. As we checked in the process was very slow and then was told there was a $50 deposit needed but cash ONLY. I gave them $60 expecting $10 back but then was told they could not give change and “we would get it back at check out”. That should have been our first sign but we proceeded to our room. My husband ALWAYS checks the mattresses and low and behold the there they were. We went straight to the front desk to ask for a refund and we would find elsewhere to stay. They refused and pretty much ignored the fact there were bed bugs like it was a normal occurrence and refused to do anything. He even said “we will clean it” well, that won’t solve a bed bug problem!! We did not receive a penny back until we practically made them give us the “refundable” deposit back. The room/bathroom was beyond nasty with a nasty odor and bed bugs under the mattress. The pictures they have posted are a lie and it does not look like them at all. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! This place is nasty and should not even be in business. Stay elsewhere you will thank me later.

I booked on Expedia. The calender was for the night of the tenth. It was after midnight so showed the eleventh. Needed one that night. Had to get an extra night because they would not accept it until the afternoon. The foreigner did not understand and was sharp with his tone. Next morning my employeewas still there and woman just came right in. Questioning him, wanting his id and all. Was very disappointed in thelack of professionalism and rudeness. Will not be back.

There was not breakfast at all, just tea both days. They didn’t have the room we booked that was a king size. The hot tub has extremely hot and you kinda felt burning, the bath’s room was not flushing, the water in the bath didn’t came out easy. It said “not allowed to smoke” and the whole building was smelling like cigarettes. No sense! Wouldn’t go again.
