I booked on Expedia. The calender was for the night of the tenth. It was after midnight so showed the eleventh. Needed one that night. Had to get an extra night because they would not accept it until the afternoon. The foreigner did not understand and was sharp with his tone. Next morning my employeewas still there and woman just came right in. Questioning him, wanting his id and all. Was very disappointed in thelack of professionalism and rudeness. Will not be back.

There was not breakfast at all, just tea both days. They didn’t have the room we booked that was a king size. The hot tub has extremely hot and you kinda felt burning, the bath’s room was not flushing, the water in the bath didn’t came out easy. It said “not allowed to smoke” and the whole building was smelling like cigarettes. No sense! Wouldn’t go again.

The staff are really excellent. The pool is fantastic, and the hot tub is huge and without jet bubbles which I like because it is cleaner and no soap scum buildup. There is a fridge and a microwave. It's walkable to gas stations and fast food. Ubers are pretty quick to arrive and you are not far from anywhere in the city worth seeing, touristy or local music attractions.

Look else where.

I tried canceling this hotel the night before. I sent messages they never responded to and Hotel.com reached out to them and they never responded! So, I had to keep the reservation. The information on Hotel.com stated “Pet Friendly” and they claimed they changed their policy even though I showed that on Hotel.com it shows “Pet Friendly”. I told them if they could not accommodate a pet, since I booked a room that was “pet friendly I requested a refund. He said I could stay with the a dog that weighs 4.6 pounds for additional $40. I told him he cannot charge for something that was not disclosed. I had no other choice financially but to stay and pay. Our first room we couldn’t shut the door… the hinges were messed up. He gave us another room and it wasn’t the cleanest and told him so and he said it was clean! Old and dated. Walls wash before they paint. Fix the obvious water damage in the rooms. One of the box springs in my room was stained. Parts of the ceiling appears ready to collapse and also in the pool room. The hot tub was the best thing about the place. It is a family own business. The one guy behind the desk was sleeping with his feet propped up on the desk and wore pants that his butt hung out. The so-called breakfast was a joke. The juice machine has been broken down for awhile but working on getting it fix?? They put out old fruit, 6 bagels and 6 slices of bread. This is a one star hotel… 2 might be pushing it. Watch out for the massive hole in the handicap space!
No muffins, danishes, yogurt, and breakfast bars that are typically available on a continental breakfast.
See the gross stuff on the side of the refrigerator.
This is in the bathroom where they stuck toliet paper in the crack.
Juice machine out of order but no sign but they did offer 2 different kinds of cereal.
