We were made to stay off property for our first night reasons unknown. Then made to walk with luggage multiple trips to get to the hotel. Our night was paid for at the offsite property however no other compensation were offered. Asked for a simple late checkout and was told no. The fact we were put in the inconvenient situation was not our fault and should have been offered more. But we’re given nothing. The fact that we had called to confirm our room as we were going to be arriving late then get called and told we would be placed elsewhere at 1045pm was completely unsatisfactory and will make me reconsider ever using a Hilton property again!

A quick 15-20 minute ride from the airport and a 5-10 minute walk to the hot spots on Broadway, the Tempo is conveniently located. Room was big and clean, and hotel was quiet. Our room was right next to ice machine and not far from elevators, but we didn’t hear any noise. Bar area was comfortable with live music. Great for a trip to Nashville.

This property is very new (opened Feb 2024) and is beautifully decorated! The rooms & general space are clean, roomy & welcoming. There is a beautiful indoor bar & pool bar. The food options are very limited but there are plenty of walkable bars, restaurants & even a Whole Foods. I would definitely stay here again! A big thanks especially to the pool bartender who was so friendly and welcoming (I didn't get her name.)
