Our first stay, loved the property&courtesy of the staff. I would have given it a five star/excellent except that i think the fees for valet services and amenities are excessively priced and the city scape king view was a view of parking lot. We hope to come back and have another enjoyable experience with you guys. Thanks!

Not bad… great aesthetics
No complimentary bottled water in the room, and lack of ice being readily available made the drink making process a little inconvenient. The fridge was full of drinks to purchase, which we had to remove for our food we prepped to bring on the trip. The lack of bathroom privacy was a bit of an issue too. Would be fine for married people that have been together for 30 years, but not too romantic to be in the living room and seeing someone sitting on the toilet…

Our room was very comfortable and quiet. The best hotel mattress I have ever slept on. Quick walking distance from the Gulch, Bridgestone arena and Ascend amphitheater (basically all downtown).

I highly recommend the 1 Hotel Nashville. The hotel is gorgeous, dining options incredible, the service was excellent and overall feel is luxury and comfort. The beds are very comfortable. I traveled with a group of 4 for a birthday and will definitely go back. The location is quiet but walkable to Broadway, Museums, Bridgestone Arena, great restaurants in minutes.
