We purchased the travel insurance just in case. Check in time was 3, but at 1:30 when we were stuck on the road due to weather and unable to make it in, it says our check in had begun and we couldn’t change our reservation. Very disappointed.

The hotel was very cute and much closer to the attractions I was there for (Country Music Hall of Fame, Broadway) which was nice. Also it was really to get on and off the highway which I needed to do daily while I was there, so that was pleasant! (I'm not one for driving in cities). The parking lot was under construction so that was a hassle the first night, but was fine to manage after that. I thought expedia said parking was included so I was a bit surprised when it was $30 a night for parking AND valet only, so that was disappointing. But my room was nice, super clean, and the staff was SO FRIENDLY and helpful! I would definitely consider staying there again!

The hotel is generally fine and was reasonably priced. The rooms open into the outdoors, so there is noise from outside the hotel overnight, which was a bit loud.

I liked the location of the hotel and the size of the bathroom. Other than that everything else was average or below average. The water presssuer was terrible so showers were spinning the whole time. The bedroom was cramped with a queen size bed in the middle and little space to work with around the bed. I went for a cheaper price figured id save a 40-50 bucks ended up being a mistake and a lesson learned. On sight parking is also kind of a lie. Its there but its valet only and $30 a day. Breakfast food was also sub par. Spend the extra few dollars for a nicer place

Nashville, in general, is absurdly expensive. Maybe i expected too much, but you are definitely paying for location here. The hotel is oddly configured and generally in poor condition. The staff, however, was excellent. Very inviting and courteous. The bar was OK, but it was open late. You can order pizza next door and eat in the bar area. All in all, if I return to Nashville so I can pay $75 for a bucket of beer, I will find a different, more modern hotel.
