Gentleman that checked me in was very nice. The breakfast was next to my room so that made it convenient. Publix is also close so I walked over for some things. I don’t realize it’s a motel though. Everything was good though.

Was not aware this was an outdoor rooms property (no pictures on Expedia showing the hallways). Having to go outside to an elevator and outdoor hallways to find your room in freezing and below freezing temperatures was absolutely awful. I wouldnt mind it in fair weather conditions but being I traveled during a winter storm it caught me off guard.

Erik, the valet, was super helpful. He was informative and accurate with his information. He's a real asset to the hotel. People should be aware that the elevator is not accessed from the hotel lobby, and the rooms are accessed from the outside. These are not desirable features.

Great location just outside downtown Nashville, in walking distance to Broadway. Only complaint which is not the hotels fault, our room was a corner room against the outside and the room was very cold due to the aggressive wind and overall temperature outside.

The staff was fantastic from the folks working the lobby to the housekeeping staff and the valet. The place was very clean however the room was pretty run down. The shower had very little water pressure and the shower head was barely attached. The beds were like sleeping on a pool table and the TV remote barely worked. Overall I would stay there again in a pinch as the location is very convenient but the property is in bad need of some rehab.

This property is nice and clean and staff was wonderful… but basically a motel, outside room entrance… a non smoking “hotel”, but smoking in places not allowed. Breakfast was good… but I would not have stayed here alone.

Checked in and checked out within 10 minutes. Ended up booking another hotel nearby. This “hotel” is more like a motel and Is valet only but they parked it in a public parking garage across the street. When we checked out the room, the bathroom had bloody toilet paper in it. Felt very unsafe.
