Safe in room didn't work and front desk staff had no clue what to do. Fridge was missing shelves. Missing toiletries. Beds very uncomfortable. Towels were rough. Hair dryer extremely dirty.

Bar wasn't open, breakfast was very basic - which is fine but they had one toaster for EVERYONE trying to use it. Highly annoying. Everything looked like it was trying to be nice but it was all beat up - peeling paint, lots' of wall damage. No parking and $42 valet

Staff was nice. Elevators fast and place was very clean. There are some construction in the area but you couldn’t hear the noise. I just would like to know in advance that parking is not included, you have to pay valet and it cost $42 + tax.

I had to fix the toilet handle, as the nut was loose and it wouldn’t flush. Then there was water leaking from the ceiling above the toilet. Also they force you to pay $42 for valet service.

Located close enough to everything , but far enough away for it to be quiet and safe. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nashville .

Hotel was great but noisy
Staff were warm and welcoming. The breakfast was quick and easy to grab on the run or enjoy if you had time. The location to downtown was close but not too close. Only disappointment was the noise. Sirens in the city were pretty loud and our neighboring rooms were very loud and woke us up when they came back from their night out.

This property was in the perfect location. It was a well maintained property and very clean. The walls were very thin in the rooms and you could hear everything happened outside of your room. The area of the property has new construction and it was very noisy.
