When we arrived, I mentioned the $20 Expedia credit I had, but the front desk explained it was only valid for alcoholic beverages. Since the property had just been sold and no longer had a liquor license, they offered us two sodas instead. Later, I noticed $9 had been deducted from my deposit. When I called to ask about the charge, I was told it was for the sodas. The woman who answered the phone also told me she could not issue a refund because the charge had been made directly by the owner, which felt very unprofessional and misleading. Overall, the experience was disappointing. The staff came across as unfriendly, the hotel no longer has a bar, daily room cleaning is not included unless you request it, and valet parking is over $40 per day.

I enjoy my stay ! Only down side there is no self parking, you have to use valet. You could also park on the street or pay for parking in a near by parking lot area that is less than a 2 min walk from the hotel is another option :) !

I would stay here again.

I stayed here for one night and overall had a pleasant experience. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean.

Staff was excellent! Hotel manager is amazing with detailed knowledge of the area and Nashville history. The hotel is located near all the action, but just far enough to be a quiet relaxing experience.

Nope … not again .

For the price and location of this hotel I’m shocked how run down and bad it’s being kept. Due to travel dates I had to change my dates and my other hotel could not accommodate so I found this place and it had great reviews but I was wrong! I had no choice but to stay. Breakfast was non existent, bagels and muffins on top of the bar. Mandatory valet service and the service was terrible! You barely found the guy and he was rude! I was not told of the daily valet rate until I checked in AND a daily incidental fee. My room had ants, bathroom had mold and wouldn’t drain, the mini fridge didn’t work. It smelled musty and the AC had mold in it !! and wet. Shower curtain was ripped and old. Almost $@&/: stay for this! ( can’t mention how much but it was a lot) I couldnt move hotels because I’d lose my money and I had no other last minute options. Tried to talk to front desk but no resolution. Nope ..
