The location was close to Vanderbilt. The room was clean and nice. I would stay again. There was a little construction noise and valet parking was expensive. There is a self service garage very close.

Join/shared walls with connecting doors, able to hear all conversations. Neighbor rooms smoking and filling the halls with smell. Smell does come into the room if you are right next to them. Noisy street level and parking garage with loud stereo systems often. Staff did move me to another room, but really just swapped one problem for another. Place was clean for the most part.

Nicely located property. We stayed there three nights and unfortunately our rooms were not cleaned the entire time. The staff seems miserable. Not a friendly word from anyone. I have never tipped a valet in cash before and not had them acknowledge it. No one was friendly.

Everything was good except the valet service when we checked out. I requested my car and when I got downstairs the valet employee was just sitting there on his phone and didn’t say anything until I told him that I had requested it through the text. He just said oh and waited another 5 minutes before pulling it up on the phone then confirmed who I was. There were no others requesting vehicles prior to me. Everyone else in the hotel was very attentive and friendly.

First valet driver seemed out of it. We ended up parking at ourselves. Next day, valet driver retrieved truck with no problems. There is no restaurant. Many restaurants within two blocks. Check in was slow. Computers down. I had to write everything on a piece of paper. I was told it will be shredded since it had my credit card number on it. room was fine. Area safe around hotel. We were told there was no happy hour by check-in because it was the weekend. Signs all over the place said happy hour was on the weekend. breakfast OK. Only hot selection was oatmeal.

The room is nice and cozy. Look very clean. My problem is my bill. It was supposed to be $306 and some change is $388 now mind you I did drink a water which they charge eight bucks for, but that should’ve made it 314. So watch out for your bill. I still haven’t gotten my receipt.

We were put in a room at the end of the hallway, located next to the ice machine that ran water all day long. At first, I thought it was someone in the room above us using the restroom. When it persisted all day, I realized it was the ice machine located on the other side of the wall (literally on the other side of the headboard). Additionally, when we went down to breakfast, there were only a couple bagels and small muffins, a some overcooked oatmeal. The coffee was out when we went down there, BOTH caffeinated containers at the same time? The parking was not ideal and the only real option was valet for $42, which is crazy for the location. We will not be staying there again.
