Clean and comfortable

Clean and comfy bed with all amenities for Australians travelling for a month. Location is 1 block from all that Nashville has to offer. Check in on parking prior to arrival to get access to a close by parking area (for a fee). Only downside was no couch in lounge in our unit, apart from that an enjoyable 3 night stay.

Worst place I’ve stayed in Nashville, TN

Been to Nashville many times and was disappointed with this establishment. Staff was not engaged and thus the stay started out on the wrong foot. Parking fee was ridiculous and third party. If you are on a budget and fly in, no car, this might work for you. The location is great, but the property is tired and the staff is MIA!

My boyfriend and I came to Nashville for The Weeknd concert and I’m glad we chose Placemakr for our stay. The staff at Placemakr was so friendly and made sure our stay was a great one. We definitely loved our stay here and loved how close we were to broadway. We highly recommend Placemakr for your Nashville trip!

The property was great! Clean and tidy! My only complaint was the front desk personnel. Very, very slow. Huge lined formed while waiting on one person. We had a question and just decided to come back later because the man helping guests was in slow motion.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If you want the full Nashville experience, this is the way to do it! We started the day with an amazing brunch right in the heart of the city—so many great foodie spots nearby SoBro like Pancake Pantry and Assembly Food Hall. Then we hopped on the honky tonk hop-on hop-off tour, which made exploring downtown a breeze. SoBro was comfortable,quiet, clean with endless amenities on site. Hop on hop off near by the guides were fun and full of local history, and it stopped right by all the best honky tonks on Broadway. Perfect mix of sightseeing, music, and great eats—highly recommend for first-time visitors and locals alike!

Place was a great location! We tried to get in around 3:30 but had to wait until closer to 4 because they were not done cleaning. The place was not all that clean when entered. Needs a new paint job and shower should be updated.
