Just stayed over the weekend and although property is in a prime location it’s very noisy. Police and fire run all day and night and even being on the 8th floor you can hear everything. The blinds in the room did not work and as soon as the sun comes up you are awakened by the light. I did love the washer and dryer amenities and the diner on the corner. Staff was very helpful and nice. All and all it was a 3 star stay.

Rooms were great but wifi for our stay was terrible. Parking says XXusd per day with in and out privelages but its basically a public parking garage and you pay for the time used and every time you leave or come back you have to pay more money. Felt that was very misleading and wouldn't stay here again for those reasons as parking alone cost us three times the amount it should have for 3 days

This was our first visit to Nashville and chose this accommodation based on location, price, and what was being offered. Everything exceeded our expectations! All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful when we needed it. The location was fantastic…just enough off Broadway that you didn’t hear the noise, but just close enough that a quick walk for dinner or going to listen to live music was doable! The unit was amazing!!!!! It was like having our own condo in the heart of the city. We plan on returning and will stay here again as it felt like a home away from home!

I made reservations through expedia. The confirmation email stated "Because you booked this VIP Access hotel, you will get USD 50 credit for self parking per stay during your stay". The hotel refused to give me credit for the parking, even after I showed them the Expedia Confirmation email. Do not stay here because this is a common issue. I feel like they stole $50 from me.

Stay could have been outstanding; but there were no window coverings. One entire wall was a bank of windows, giving a great view of the city. However, when we were ready to go to bed and sleep, the lights from the city were so bright and could not be blocked out, making sleeping impossible.
