This was going to be a holiday of a lifetime, it all started so well. The second night the power went in the hotel so there was no lighting no hot water etc, obviously not the fault of the hotel however we were given the choice to move to another hotel for the night which I did but I had to pay for it myself! I was promised that I would be refunded that money however when I’ve contacted Expedia to get my refund the hotel has refused to refund any money! We weren’t offered torched or any way to shower that is why we moved for ONE night! I feel let down by this hotel as the front desk manager at the time promised me a refund! I will Never use these hotels again!!

Although not right downtown for Broadway it was within good walking distance. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay. The roof top restaurant was nice but the service was slow. The room was great, beds comfy. The only thing I hated was the only option for parking was a $57 valet for one night. That sucks

King Suite felt like a Bunker

The Hotel was conveniently located. Roof Top Bar has a great bartender, food, drinks and outside patio. Breakfast was not very good. Coffee Shop was good. I booked a 1 Bedroom King Suite thru Bonvoy site. It cost $1468.00 for three nights. Outrageous since the same room was $250 per nite if I booked it for the next week. I cancelled it when I saw Hotels.com had the same room $165.00 less. When we checked in our room was literally one floow DOWN from the Lobby. The Room was very dark, we could not open our drapes because the Bedroom and Living area were on the street/sidewalk. I have never in my life paid that much to be in the Basement of a Hotel. The only reason it was called a Suite was because the bedroom had its own room with a door. No Frills, not even body lotion on the bathroom sink. Very disappointed that we were given this room.

The first day we checked in, there was no power until 11:00 that night. unable to shower, no lights/darkness all day. They did not give us a credit to eat anywhere else. The gym had no wipes for two days to wipe down the machines nor was there paper towels after washing your hands in the bathroom. We were very disappointed with our stay

The location was great close to everything. We stayed here 4 nights. On our second day, we had no hot water in our room and notified front desk, they sent someone to fix it but there was only warm water. On the 3rd day, the hotel lost power for approximately 24 hours and we were unable to take showers as there was no hot water and we were also unable to charge our phones. Our package included daily breakfast/coffee. Due to the power outage, we had to go out and purchase coffee. We asked front desk to move us to another Marriott hotel or compensate us for the inconvenience, they told us to contact Expedia.

We enjoyed our stay at this excellent hotel. We paid for the one bedroom, which was spacious, modern, with full kitchen, and comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and the staff members were very friendly. We especially appreciated that was vegan milk alternatives. We enjoyed the free welcome cocktail and the daily $20 food\drink credit. We also took advantage of the free voucher for the Musicians Hall of Fame.

I had a wonderful stay at this marvellous hotel. They have friendly and professional staff. The hotel is located in a quiet road, safe and with great amenities. The room I’ve stayed at was quiet, clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet was lovely. The location is nearby broadway, point of interests and straightforward journey from and to the airport. Highly recommend this hotel.

I should have known in advance about the shared door as I wouldn't have selected as a single woman. Breakfast sausages looked grey and raw, would have loved scrambled eggs options but rest of breakfast was nice. Room partially dirty upon interest on side tables and iron. Noise outside my room for a while around 3 am, could it have been staff on break?

Lovely place!

Really enjoyed our stay here. We were only here for a night for a concert. Really enjoyed the roof top bar, the complimentary drinks, and Airbnb like hotel room (King Suite). The only negative would be the valet. I was advertised $XYZ/day, bill was actually a lot more without tip. The hotel clerk did explain that the valet service just recently switched to their own payment services, but that was after we valet parked. Did not mind paying for that sort of security and the drivers were helpful with our luggage cart. Would stay here again!

This is a great location as the city bus depot is very close and the Music Hall of Fame is across the road which also has a Hop On Hop Off trolly bus stop. To go to Broadway you will need to have a mode of transportation. I gave this a lower rating as we had the person with disabilities room. 2 cons - these type of rooms should be closer to the elevators and should have a walk in shower. Here you need to step into a tub - it is a lower tub but a step over. This also means no shower seat. There was a dining table with 2 chairs but no comfortable livingroom chair to relax in or to put your feet up.
