Booked this place for convenience bc it was walking distance to a concert at the Auditorium. Paid $370 for a 1 night stay and our room had a view of the bail bonds place and power lines. Not sure why on earth this place was so expensive. I also got stuck inside the elevator bc I changed purses and forgot my room key. The doors wont open back up without your key. Super annoying. Thankfully just as I was going to hit the help button someone opened it from the outside. Ive stayed at hotels all over the US and never have I needed my room key to work the elevator. For the price it wasnt worth it. I'll book a loft or a flat from vrbo next time I'm in Nashville. On the upside tho the staff was super nice, hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was nothing to write home about. Baby cheese omlets and sausage links. Breakfast potatoes or bacon would have been nice for the price I paid. Lesson learned!!

It was fantastic! From the moment I walked in the staff was welcoming. The bed did smell mildewed but they changed the bedding and that took care of it. I loved getting clean towels each day and coming back to a made bed. The location was within walking distance of many sites. Plus it was safe to walk everywhere.

Helpful staff was able to check us in fairly early in the morning after our red eye flight. Very much appreciated. The lady that works the breakfast Saturday morning was also such a sweet and kind and very welcoming person.

Great hotel but disappointing…
Great, clean, new hotel, however I was very disappointed when I was told at check in that there was happy hour at the rooftop bar and then 2 hours later was told the bar was sold to a private event and was not open to the hotel guests. Only in town for a night and the roof top bar/happy hour was one of the main reasons for staying, so very disappointed.

The hotel and staff were great! Our toilet didn't work, but they were there immediately to fix it. Surrounding areas of hotel...typical of any big city...smell was really bad at the times
