We have stayed here twice since July. We love it here and will be back. The property is exceptionally clean, the hotel staff are incredibly kind, and the area is quiet at night. So good.

Overall good value for the money

The rooms were clean overall and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was very basic and adequate for most people.I wish there was an option to save money by skipping on adding the breakfast to the reservation as we opted to skip it each morning and eat someplace else.

I loved Tru. I would highly recommend it for anyone seeking reasonable yet (very) pleasant accommodations. I'm a germaphobe and never felt that I'd been in such a CLEAN hotel. And I loved that the floor wasn't carpeted. Everything was done with intentionality. There's even a great breakfast booth with local, homemade yogurt! This is a great place for families, as the lobby has a pool table and board games. It's a relaxed atmosphere good for travelers of any age. The only downside is that there's nothing to do OUTSIDE The hotel. But, it's Franklin, not Nashville.

The property is on a relatively quiet street near a state college and apartment complex. We enjoyed walking the college campus after Dinner and to see the full moon rise. Coffee and tea service is available 24/7 which is an added bonus as we tend to wake before they serve breakfast. Only 10 mins from the galleria and many other places to eat.

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay. Easy drive into Nashville each day and nice to get out of the hustle and bustle at night. The breakfast didn't have a ton of selection, but the options were presented well and tasted good!
