It was ok

Hotel was fine, but not impressive. The room was clean, but the common areas were not. Spills in the hallway and by the elevator were left for hours. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast wasn’t good. The sausage was cold, the eggs were really crumbly, and the biscuits were hard as a rock. My coffee was lukewarm and the juice was mislabeled. Would probably stay somewhere else next time.

The room was clean and it was a quiet place to stay. The Rivergate Mall was nearby which included Dillard’s and Macy’s. There were also plenty of good restaurants to choose from.

My stay was great I pulled off the highway to catch the NFL playoff games ! Man I picked a great location this hotel was nice , staff was super friendly and the place smelled divine throughout the entire hotel . Great customer service overall great stay ! The best thing about this place? The touchless pancake maker! All we did was push a button. Easy access from the highway, everything you need close by. The hotel was clean and our room was comfortable.

The room key didn’t work after the first few times we used it and the staff had to let us in each time thereafter during our two day stay, which was an inconvenience. Sounds carried through from the adjoining room and the shower curtain was covered in long black hairs (I’m talking about many, not just one or two.).
