This is a very old property and the entire place has an extremely strong mildew smell which they try to cover up with strong smelling cleaner. All of my belongings now smell of mildew and cleaning products. I have to wash every piece of cloth- make up and toiletry bags, back pack, shoes.

Upon arrival we were notified only one small pool was functional, so no swimming pools available. There was construction going on in various places throughout the resort. The beach spa was a small shack near the east side of resort, and wedidnt even realize it was the spa til 3rd day there. The pictures online look nothing like the actual resort. The shower head malfunctioned the 2nd day of the trip. Overall is was not what was advertised online

Our hotel room smelled like mold there was ants all over the room. For an all-inclusive hotel There’s not really much offered. They don’t offer water bottles they give you plastic cups so that you can fill up around the hotel , Restaurants are not all open and have selected days in which the restaurants open. The buffet was Just OK there started things that were good and some that are just terrible. The property is also under construction so keep that in mind when booking at this hotel. hopefully the renovations bring light to this hotel because it’s very old and outdated. I would never stay here again.
