This is my second time in breezes, with an 8 year gap between visits. Nothing has change for the better. The hotel no longer offers a wide range of food options, the rooms and hotel itself are outdated. Our tv in our room didn’t work, and nobody came to fix it even after making staff aware 3 times. The hotel has minimal bar options. In the past, they had offered entertainment and water sport activities. Not so much now. I’ve stayed in other all inclusive hotel chains, and this by far was the worse. Now to the good part, which is why I still gave them a 3 star vs 1 star, the beach is spectacular. Cable beach is gorgeous and readily accessible by the hotel. The proximity to downtown is perfect. Makes for quick trips to other restaurants and shopping, as well as tours. You can also easily access the BahaMar casino via 10 minute walk. If you are looking for a low budget, “all inclusive” experience that’s beach front and don’t care too much about how the hotel looks and food, then you’ll be fine at breezes. If you want something more upscale, I’d advise you to look elsewhere.

Staff -courteous, bartenders funny and knew how to make the different drinks. Funky D and the Band were very entertaining. Enjoyed the Piano Bar. Food choice was excellent.

Everyone were very friendly. The one thing needed is to put in a water guard on the bottom of the shower door so water doesn’t flood the bathroom when shower is on.

For a smaller low cost resort they do very well with keeping the property clean and staff was friendly. The only part we disliked is they had a pool party that they bused in 1000 college aged locals to party. They over run the pool area and music was too loud to even enjoy the hotel’s entertainment. They pushed us out of the pool area around 2 pm and party lasted until midnight. This party was clearly not for guests. Disappointed because we visited the resort in August, which was outside the “college student” months which are March-June.

This is a perfect place to go if you are looking for quiet and relaxing time with your loved ones. Beach is beautiful, pool is clean, staff members are nice, the food is great and they serve different meals, unlimited drinks. Will definitely go back.

The staff that i encountered at this resort were great and tried to assist with the issues that i was having however i was moved to 3 room within the first few hours of check-in. The first room was supposed to be a partial ocean view but was facing a tennis court. The second room, I approached and the door was open. Turns out it did not shut or lock. Engineers came up and tightened the henges and it seems to have fixed the problem however after returning from the beach, I learned that the shower nor toilet worked. Before being sent to another room it was checked and I was informed that I would be placed in a room with a broke tv. Sleepy, I took the room. Several lights did not work and I later saw a hole above the shower head (which was plastered when I left for breakfast on day 3. The food was also terrible for an all inclusive resort. 1 chicken, fish, pork and maybe beef option. Pasta with canned Alfredo or marinara sauce and a few other sides. Also allergic to cats which two walked about the dining area outside and upstairs in the resort. Would have left but the all inclusive resorts were sold out. Tried to just enjoy the people and make the best of it.

The Good. Excellent food. Pool and beach were also great. Most of the staff were nice, but some of the female staff had attitudes. A great deal of attention paid to cleanliness. The Bad. The room was horrible, very dated and infested with ants. The gym was well equipped but the equipment needed to be serviced. Overall, I was there to relax which I was able to achieve. I probably will not stay there again

I went to this resort in back in 2009 and just went again in Aug 2025. The drinks have gone downhill, I never even caught a buzz no matter how many drinks I had. They are watered down and not good. My husband had a gall bladder attack due to the sour mix they used. If they would improve on their drinks and entertainment it would be perfect. The entertainment has not changed since 2009. It’s pretty much nothing until the weekend.The Junkanoo parade is fun, but they really need more. The beach is beautiful, the pools are great, they keep everything exceptionally clean. If you smoke, their smoking area above the pool bar sucks, broken furniture, missing cushions and no ash trays. If you only care about a clean room, nice pool and a beach, then it’s great. But if you want more in terms of entertainment and good drinks, I’d probably go for RIU. It’s disappointing they couldn’t do better, I love the people and the resort. We would go back possibly if we could brink our own alcohol and probably leave the resort for entertainment.

Overall a great trip. Super friendly staff. Food was great. Unfortunately, there weren’t many people at the resort, so the beach was quiet and there were no activities most days. Our room had a weird smell and the bathroom could use a good steam clean.

The fact that the pool and beach was literally next to each other made it a wonderful experience. The staff were welcoming and pleasant. I had a good time there. Breezes was beautiful!
