I had to call multiple time and walk to the front deck as my shower had no hot water. It took 2 day brfore someone finally came to fix it. On check the hotel tried to doubled charge me fee that i have already paid through expedia. As i showed proof that have already paid they still continued to argue that i need to pay again. The taxi from hotel to the air port have flat rates. The ladie who drove to the airport over charge me and refused to give me change back and took off I have a picture off the taxis license plate and the hotel refused to help.

The room smelled like urine. The sound of the elevators ran all night. The fridge started making a crazy loud noise in the middle of the night. Room let ones over a parking and a Dunkin’ Donuts. Awful.

The property is very beautiful, this is the reason we came again. My problem this time was there was never hot water when I had to shower. It was cold, not enjoyable at all. If it was in the middle of summer and hot outside it would have been fine. We were hoping to make this hotel an annual event, now having second thoughts
