The property is ok. The staff for the most part was ok. My issue is they charged my credit card $400 twice for a 2 night stay. When i brung it to there attention they apologized and said the front desk girl was new and made a mistake. Im still here in the Bahamas we left courtyard and went to baha mar im waiting to see if they put my money back. It was caught by the fraud department of my bank so we shall see

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The rum punch service was excellent. There was some construction going on so the AC in the hallway was off. The elevator being used was a bit older and the doors showed some wear and tear over the years.

I was only staying because I had an overnight layover in Nassau but I was so impressed with the property that I may return soon! The pool is beautiful and the staff are very friendly and efficient. The woman who checked me in was the bomb dot com (sorry I didn't get her name) and Darius was super helpful in getting me a taxi at 5am the day I left. Would recommend!!!

The hotel staff is nice and helpful. The building is outdated and needs renovation especially the guest room. The furniture and fixtures have to be changed, the lampshade in our room has some rust and the chair has a big dirty spot on it. Although it was outdated, our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was 1 dirty bath towel and I called the attention of the staff about it and she immediately gave us fresh clean towels. We had our breakfast at the hotel during our 5-night stay. Food was excellent with a wide variety to choose from every morning, except for some items that were not available most of the time like the fruit cups. The metal salt and pepper shakers need to go, they have rust and it’s gross. Over all, we had a pleasant stay. The hotel’s location was very convenient.
