It was the beauty of looking out from the balcony and looking directly at the ocean and pool area. Beautiful sights. Also looking at the ships at the dock from the balcony. Food situations could stand some improvements. Floor and balcony could use a little more damp mop and balcony swept.

We had several issues with our room or missing items in the room during check in. While the team quickly resolved or responded, these issues could have been identified and resolved with a proper pre arrival inspection earlier that day or the day before. The water was off for several hours one night. This ruined our plans for the night as we were unable to use the toilet or bath. We never received a notification. My husband had to finally go downstairs and inquire and met other guests doing the same. We also did not receive any type of apology or compensation for this major inconvenience. The staff at the Spa weren’t very friendly. They barely spoke to us during our service only to give instructions on when and how to move our feet. We were celebrating our anniversary and although I mentioned this when confirming the reservation this was never acknowledged. I told my husband that I felt like we were at the doctors office instead of the Spa. The Housekeeping team was very responsive and attentive to our needs and requests. The room and public spaces were well maintained. Overall the property is clean and well maintained. The food was great at all outlets we dined. The location is convenient and the welcome drink of a margarita is a nice touch. I would recommend this hotel but feel the staff members could use a Hospitality refresher course. Service also defines the rate, which by the way in season is not cheap, so the team members define the experience.

“The Margaritaville Resort Nassau is beautiful, with great facilities, comfortable rooms, and an excellent atmosphere. Everything was good during my stay, the staff was friendly, and the place offers plenty of options to enjoy. The only thing I didn’t like was that the WiFi didn’t work properly, and in a resort of this level, it should be better. Other than that, I highly recommend it.”

The property inside and out was five star. I felt comfortable going in and out. However, some of the services were lackluster. For instance, I called several times to have the A/C and television turned on in the fitness center. No one ever came for several hours. In addition, the food in the Vacation Café was not good at all. The service and the staff were excellent, but the food left a lot to be desired. The food came out warm, and very bland — minimal seasoning. Overall, my stay was good. Just those few things in my opinion need to be improved upon.

I slipped and fell and got hurt on the property and they were more than rude about. It wouldn’t help in any way shape or form said because I signed a waiver. It’s pretty much my problem. We had a leak in the room from the day we got there took two days for them to come and check the leak guy said he’d be right back and never showed up, I’d never go back

They even surprised us with a yummy chocolate cupcake on a plate that read Happy Anniversary in chocolate and bottle of wine in our room! Thier thoughtfulness was very touching and made the experience for us. The room was nice! Kitchenette with all the amenities, microwave, stove top, dish washer, refrigerator with freezer that makes ice, large comfortable King bed, and my favorite thing, washer/ dryer combo. Clean clothes before we left home. We enjoyed being within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, fish fry, straw market and the beach! When we return I would book again and stay at Margaritaville One Particular Harbor!

From being to end it was a money grab. The staff are obviously not happy and they express it. The hotel's AIM cram as many people in 1 space as possible and gwt as much money as they can while offering barley anything. I wont be going back to them or the Bahamas
