Overall wasn’t a bad property. It’s new, so that’s a bonus. They do have food at this location, including a cafe for breakfast. They also have an ATM, which is a bonus. They do advise you not to smoke on the property but hey, they have balconies. The only bad thing thing to say, my toilets was clogged and it took three calls and 30mins for maintenance to fix the issue. They have two properties and one of them, the pool is available 24/7.

The resort is excellent, the staff is very nice and helpful, grounds are beautiful and well kept. I would suggest to book on the suite side, one particular, amazing rooms and views! Thanks for a great trip.

I was little worried due to some of negative reviews. When we arrived, we were assigned to One Particular Harbor- Residence side. It was clean and quiet. All the people we met were nice and kind. Couple of things I didn't like were 1. TV- We couldn't figure out how to connect the room TV to our phones. The cable networks were limited and kept freezing. 2. The walls are pretty thin so if you have neighbors who are loud, you will hear them talking, having sex, etc.

The hotel was clean and well-kept. If you wander out of the hotel, it does not feel safe. There are no cute shops. The Airport is far away and lots of traffic.

This property was great for my girls trip! Pool and beach area was great. The restaurant was pretty slow but the food was good! Rooms were clean and sushi downstairs was good! Would stay again for sure!

Had a problem with overnight parking. The resort wanted to charge me 7 nights of parking, I told parking attendant I only want 2 night. Staff couldn't do anything about it because they didn't have any paperwork that said it was only for two night. I had to provide my parking tag and my car rental agreement to prove that I only had the car for 2 nights. We had to want until the Supervisor to come back from a meeting. Things was resolved (Thank God), but it shouldn't have to take 1 hour. Other than that things were good.
