The hotel is nice, but my room wasn't cleaned even after the room attendant asked me if I would be out for a while. There was mold on the ceiling, and the air conditioning had humidity issues. The food is decent, nothing fancy, but overall, it's a good property for a weekend getaway.

A little slice of heaven
The room and view were Amazing!! The staff even left me a personal Birthday cake in my room. The nightly shows were great. Hotel was prime location-walk to Atlantis casino and straw market/Atlantis shopping marina. Staff was always friendly and helpful.

Service was amazing, friendly staff always willing to help. The food selection was enormous and delicious. Rooms could use a little sprucing up but overall very, very happy with our stay. Hopefully the buildings adjacent will be repaired soon so the construction noise is reduced. Thanks

There are pros and cons to booking here. Having an all inclusive was nice and saved us some $ for sure. We also liked the stocked bottles in the room and mini fridge with mixers so if you just want to have a drink on the balcony, it’s no problem. The buffet was better than average and we usually could find something. We tried 3 of the restaurants and there was usually some issue with the food. They aren’t that hard to get into once you have the app. The jerk chicken at the pool is pretty good. Now for the cons: If you vacation to swim in the ocean, this is not your place. The waves are really swift. I tried and got tossed and injured my first day. I was really hoping for some beach time and we ended up at the pool daily. The rooms were sooo dated and the balconies were small. It felt like the rooms got decorated in maybe 1991 and never refurbished. You can also tell they don’t do deep cleans with dust and makeup smudges on doors, furniture etc. Our AC unit was in the hall and it rattled and leaked water everywhere all over the floor. The fan in the bathroom was also not operational so it was super slippery when you went to get out and the mirror was fogged up so I had to do my makeup in the hall every day. I could deal with all of the above if the location was at least desirable. I wouldn’t recommend this resort to anyone. The cons outweigh the pros.

We had an excellent stay. Impeccably clean, delicious variety of food. Warm clean pool. My one suggestion is to keep the pool open later after dark. Downtown is walkable with a few sketchy sections. We recommend this place.

The resort is fine but wouldn’t recommend to those under the age of 40 as majority of the guest are older and there aren’t any “fun” activities. This place is good just to relax in the sun.

Its very difficult to booked the restaurants that needs reservation, bht the buffet had enough options to choose from. Some of the fixtures needs replacing as it makes the rooms look run down. Our bathroom mirrow had a big rust stain doen through the middle the extractor fan was not working so the bathroom would gwt very misty while showering. We had a great view of cabbage beach. Even though minor things failed we enjoyed our say and always enjoyed when we see Iris or Sharon working the buffet restaurant

It rained while we were there, it was leaking everywhere in the hotel and including our room. The front desk changed our room, the issue was resolved with the water leaking in our room.

Moldy room, no towels in room when we checked in and had to wait hours for towels after we asked twice. No availabilty in any of the restaurants when we tried to make reservations for any of the nights that we were staying. We left after the first night and went to Atlantis instead. They didnt care less. No spologies, nothing. never again. Save your money
