We stayed in the Hyatt side for our first time and decided to give it a second try. On our second trip we stayed at the SLS. Avoid at all cost if you are considering a 5 star hotel. Far from it. Very dirty room. Toilet stopped working several times. Air conditioning kept shutting off due to thermostat issues. The dust in the room was terrible across furniture and the back drape on the wall. If your into hospitality this isn't your spot. You definitely dont feel welcomed from this side. Beach wasn't kept up around lounge chairs. Food wasn't great for the high cost of what you had to pay. Unfortunately this was our last try thinking we would come back to give it the benefit of a doubt.

The property is nice and the casino is big. There are a lot of restaurant options but be prepared to spend a lot of money. Unhappy with the service provided. Service was extremely slow at almost every restaurant and staff poorly handled an incident where someone I was traveling with was hurt by faulty furniture on the property. Will likely not be returning. My advice would be to stay somewhere else and just visit once or twice for casino and Marcus restaurant.

I did not like finding blood stains on out blankets on the bed and just given a small discount. Never heard any response about it like we were told. Didn’t like being charged for items from the mini bar that we didn’t even take. We moved stuff around so we were able to keep some of our drinks cool and put the hotel items back and charged for it. I think it was to try a compensate for the little discount they gave us for the blood stains on the blankets that should have never been found by guest. Hotel management didn’t even care

I was initially impressed with this property, but things quickly went downhill once I got to my room. The rooms are mostly connected, which means I could hear every bit of noise from the neighboring guests, along with strong smells from perfumes and even their alarms. It felt like I had unwanted roommates. While the property itself is large and offers plenty of amenities, everything comes with a steep price, and nearly everything gets charged to your room. What really bothered me was that I wasn’t informed about a $300 fee if I didn’t make the reservation myself — a charge I find ridiculous. Which at the moment it got deferred but will come back to me , no change. So I got an extra bill with out eating or my presence in the restaurant if I would’ve known this I wouldn’t had made no reservations at all. Sugar factory also wasn’t as great , it was my birthday and their famous entertainment habits to sing happy birthday was a fail. My waitor was outside of the sugar factory the whole time just chit chatting. The property overall was okay and seemed safe, but in comparison, Atlantis is far better. The only highlight for me was the flamingo encounter, but beyond that, I’ll never return.
