One of the great things about this place is the complementary shuttle/bus that drives you back and forth between towers. But I think the food selection was garbage and the quality was extremely poor. The prices of food and drinks is absurd. The reef tower felt alittle outdated for the price. The pools were boring and lifeless. The only pool that looked nice and like a desirable place was the adults only pool at The Cove, which we could not attend. The property needs more accurate signage directing people to attractions. It is very easy to get lost and walk in circles. Overall, not worth the price nor the hype. We will not be returning and are not speaking highly of this resort.

We had a fantastic stay. Gorgeous beach and kids loved the aquarium, rapid river, water play, etc. The only con is how expensive the food is anywhere. $11 for a bottle of water, and not even at a restaurant! For daily family dining we got tired of burgers, pizza and junk food. How about grilled fish (it is an island...), chicken, vegetables, rice, salad for a reasonable price and close to the pools and beaches?

Our stay at the Reef was just as imagined. Having visiting last year at the Coral for the first time and returning to the Reef in 2025. We knew what type of service we would receive staying at Atlantis. The staff was engaged and pleasant to chat with. The grounds were pristine.

Pros: staff was amazing, from the booking assistant to the staff of the ground, you could not ask for nicer more professional service. room was spacious with beautiful balcony view, and an extra fold out chair if you choose to sleep outside. The most beautiful beach I've ever been to and.clean pools and water rides included. Room service was also prompt if you choose to eat in, though a paper menu would be helpful. For the price of meals, the buffet is the best deal for delicious food. Fun and various family activities. Cons: for the price being paid, I would expect better rooms and layouts. Our Keurig machine did not work, and even if it did, the mugs were too large for the machine. Phones worked sporadically or not at all and was difficult to connect to the front desk. Outlets were not near the bed and on the last day our toilet stopped working. The restaurants are hit or miss and you should book early or you could find yourself eating dinner at 9pm.For some reason the bathroom had a TV and corded phone, but what is really needed are more hooks on the walls for bathing suits and towels

Best vacation I’ve been on

The service was very good as the staff are generally friendly and helpful. I had much better staff interactions here than at any other resort I’ve been to. I was at Atlantis for 6 days and was still finding new things to do by the end of the trip. We lounged by a different pool each day and spent time at different beaches as well. We probably would’ve needed another week to get to everything. The food is good at all of the little stands you find throughout the resort. The restaurants are pricey, as you’d probably expect, but you’ll definitely enjoy the meal. We can’t wait to come back!

Good , could go back (maybe) . Outdated rooms. Better cleaning needed or once on a while deeeo cleaning suggested (behind furnitures , inside cabinets and closet . Some better training for employees needed. I suggest more friendliness. Lot of walking . Bus lines are between lobbies in the resort . . No transportation in the back of resorts (a lot lot of walking) No local products noted / coffee , water , juices, cheese , etc - nothing is really made in Bahamas . We want support locals !
