The Reef is a great hotel and wider site layout very good, rooms a little tired and in house dining was really limited (not helpful as a single dad arriving with two children who become ill on flight over from London. Staff were great friendly and very helpful. Some things are always down to personal tastes but a proper beach bar area near Cascades would have been good or even better sign posting as the site is huge. These are minor niggles , we had a great time (when everyone was better )

Room was clean bed was comfortable. We had some issues with the room. The outlets and the makeup mirror in the bathroom did not work. Counter about fridge was warm. We were concerned about it over heating. Plumbing drains would gargle during the day and night because of poor venting.

We chose The Reef since this was our first time visiting Atlantis without kids—and it was the perfect choice! I loved the boutique feel of the lobby and the peaceful location. The Reef really gave us the best of both worlds: we could hop on the shuttle to the Royal and other areas of Atlantis for all the fun and excitement, but coming back at night was quiet and relaxing. It truly felt like returning home to a private residence rather than a hotel. The atmosphere was calm, the staff were welcoming, and the overall vibe made it easy to unwind. If you’re looking for a more serene, residential-style experience while still enjoying everything Atlantis has to offer, I highly recommend staying at The Reef!

We had an issue when our son staying at the Royal got off the bus with us to run up to our room was not allowed to come in the building despite my presence. This was extremely embarrassing and angered myself wife and son, he had to walk back to his room. We will not return you need to work on your policies.

The stay, property and food was delicious at Atlantis. The lack of free entertainment (shows, live music etc) was a big bummer for us. There was nothing to do night to relax. Way too much money was spent. $160 for a family of 4 to okay putt putt. The complimentary movies were not every night. There was just nothing to do for our family at night.

Hi, Everything about Atlantis was great. Food was excellent! Staff was amazing! The only thing your resort needs is better signage to the beach. The Coral was such a big maze and until we found a staff person at 6:00 am so we could see the sunrise, we would of never found it until he told us to go thru the Lagoon Bar. We almost missed it. From the Royal, we had a hard time finding the entrance to the beach. Putting small signes every few stops on the ground will help more people. Thanks! Jo

The room could do with some updates. The microwave didn’t work. The dishwasher wasn’t washed and emptied from the last guests. The balcony door was impossible to open. The lady checking us in said she would send up a bottle of wine for a birthday celebration and never did. All minor things. Overall the vacation was good. It was our second time visiting in 2 years. Atlantis is an awesome vacation. We went with our 9 year old son and it had something for everyone. It was a very quiet time of year. Some of the slides were not open. We did the pieces of 8 boat tour and I can’t say enough good things about it! It’s a must for anyone traveling to Bahamas.
