The Royal at Atlantis offers 1201 accommodations with safes and coffee/tea makers. 32-inch flat-screen televisions come with premium cable channels and pay movies. Bathrooms include complimentary toiletries and hair dryers.

Guests can surf the web using the complimentary wireless Internet access. Business-friendly amenities include desks along with free local calls (restrictions may apply). Additionally, rooms include irons/ironing boards and blackout drapes/curtains. A nightly turndown service is provided and housekeeping is offered daily.

I think they should check the rooms before they let new guest in our bathroom smell like pee and when they came to fix it they left with it leaking. And the sheets were clean but they had stains on them they should not have been on the bed. The service was great the property was very well maintained. The amenities were great. Very expensive to eat though

I’ve experienced 3 of the Atlantis properties and I was not impressed with the rooms at the Royal at all. The rooms need to be deep cleaned and upgraded. Spiders were found in my room multiple times. Stains on the walls, dirty bathtub, stained bath towels, shower head needs to be replaced and just overall below average room conditions. However the staff, absolutely Amazing. Super kind and warm.

The most beautiful resort. Few things that were disappointing were that not all food places were open and there were times and days when they were open. Felt limited for food options. Also, you cannot use your food prepaid/credit to pay for gratuity and VAT. That seemed unreasonable. Will definitely visit again but will not purchase more than $50 per day for food credit as you still need to pay on top and not all food places are open in resort.
