The property overall is older and bathrooms small and that certainly shows throughout the property. When arriving, no welcome drink was supplied and the wait for check in was incredibly long with only 2 of 3 desks in use even with a long line. Initial room had a shower that was not thoroughly cleaned. Upon notifying staff, there was a lot of delays, waiting and lack of urgency from the staff. Also when requesting a working in room iron that took an hour delay to get one. The walls are also very thin so be prepared to hear your neighbors. Housekeeping also is fairly slow with at times the room not being cleaned til late afternoon. Also when it comes to the wait staff, the highlight was definitely Nico who went above and beyond and was very attentive to our needs. The rest of the staff had no urgency and was slow and rude-when asking for more drinks or utensils it was met with asking for reasons and also returning dirty glasses for tea instead of fresh tea glass. Overall the customer service was not prompt or without attitude. When waiting for the shuttle to cabbage beach the quoted time came and went and when the driver finally came late he did not take us and the management staff had to get a member of the entertainment staff to take us after a 45+min delay. This was certainly not the experience I wanted as part of a vacation resort
