We stayed for 4 nights - had a double Harbour Premium Balcony which was a great room, lots of space & we enjoyed the view of the water/pool. our room was quiet, comfortable & we always had extra drinks/water in our refrigerator. the food was excellent - even though most of the restaurants were closed during the week .. we found the buffet & selection of food great! The drinks were also good and available. We enjoyed the "lap pool" however found it extremely difficult to get "out of the pool" as the steps were not easy for someone in their 70's to exit out .. we enjoyed the short walk (10 minutes) to the Altantis casino. the staff was friendly and always making sure you had everything you needed. Checking in/out was easy. we will be returning - we had a very pleasant trip .

The staff at this property is amazing, however the property itself needs a lot of updates and repairs. My first room I was given smelt like mildew so I was moved and then the bathroom in the second room, whenever you turned on the water it would smell like sewage or really strong smell of colorine. I was supposed to have an island view which I guess I did but the view was of what could be mistaken as a dump site. But I believe it was a construction site with no progress. The hotel itself has a really nice pool but I wouldn't call this place a resort. It's a hotel with a nice pool and unlimited drinks. Even one of the restaurants, I never saw it open and I was there from Wednesday to Sunday. After 9:00 PM there wasn't anything to do and then you're on an island so it could be boring if you want a party type of vibe. Also, I only seen one or two activities that were posted actually being done. Water aerobics and water something else. Never saw game night or anything else they posted. Another thing about the facility, I pointed out to my boyfriend that there was black stuff on the tiles of the ceiling, looked like BLACK MOLD, the next day the maintenance man was covering it up with paint. Idk if it was truly black mold but with all the moisture this place has I pretty positive that was black mold and they painted over it.

So many positives. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. They were warm and joyous. We were upgraded to a higher floor with amazing views. It was very relaxing. Not a party hard zone. The food was the best my husband or I have had at an all inclusive. And we have stayed at several. The beach was small but entirely private and they have it contained where it breaks up the waves from boats passing by. The only think I disliked was that the toilet handle was loose and didn’t work well in our room. I told them day 1 and no one ever fixed it. Also the safe was locked closed and I told them day 1. They didn’t do anything about it. So we just didn’t have a safe and had to trust that hopefully no one would steal our stuff. Fortunately no one did. Everything else was great. I loved the lady who came to play steel drums. The prices for sunscreen and aloe gel and sun swim shirts wasn’t too bad if you got the off brands. I truly enjoyed my stay and would absolutely go again.

I recently stayed at this all-inclusive resort, and I was very disappointed with my experience: • The lobby had a bad smell. • The pool was not clean. • The food was subpar. • The beach was extremely small. • There were limited activities available at night. • I was misled about the nearby beach; it was a public area that felt unsafe. Overall, this was the worst all-inclusive resort I’ve ever been to, and I will not be returning.

I would like to start off by saying we arrived at 7pm and there was only one person available to check us in. Karen took 45 minutes to get us checked in. The reservation was messed up and said I booked for 2 people when it was actually 3. We had to fight for towel and wash clothes daily and call the front desk numerous times a day just to receive them. Hotel smelt like mold and bed linen was dirty. There is also limited parking.

Amazing place. Amazing food. Amazing staff. We were always treated like we were the only people there. We walked in and we were instant family. From the front desk to the pool everyone was so friendly and loving. They took care of every detail. All I can say is thank you to every single one of you that took care of me and my family.

I wouldn’t really call this place a “resort.” It’s very much a hotel with 2 free restaurants. That’s it. The rooms are outdated and smell. Our bathroom had mold in it, the glaze from the tub was peeling, and there was rust everywhere. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Incredibly good food and service here! The people were super friendly and helpful, answering all our questions and helping us find our way around. The bartender made some of the best drinks we've ever had the privilege of enjoying! Room was clean and maintained daily, beds were comfortable, and all our basic needs were provided for. Thank you so much for taking such good care of us and making us feel welcome in the Bahamas! We would definitely recommend this place!

I like the property very beautiful, however I did not like how it smelled. Seems as though there has been water leakage on each floor. Rooms are cozy but the smell linger. All the Staff was great. Deaths at the front desk was the most pleasant person I’ve dealt with, she is kind, helpful and always have a smile on her face.

The property is very nice, but it has a lot of black mold in the ceiling of evey room hallway. The AC is very noisy. The food was ok, but not variety. Everyday they served the same food. The room wasn't clean enough, we asked for towels Everyday and the last day the bathroom didn't have soup we ask and they gave us a tiny hand soap. My husband went to the gift shop and bought 1 for $4 . The beverages were good, the entertainment was poorly. Transportation was very easy to get. Staffs were friendly.

The resort was a 4.5 star experience. Our shower tub was outdated and scratched up but other than that it was a great resort with VERY cheerful and accommodating team members.
