If you like loud rap music and noisy people, you will like this place. If you like average food you will like this place. Not a relaxing place. Not what we expected. On a brighter note there were lovely boats sailing by a lot.

I cannot believe how terrible the service was! This place is supposed to be a resort but it’s a hotel, but it's nothing more than that. The rooms are so average, it's disappointing. And don't even get me started on the bathrooms - they're tiny and reek of sulfur whenever you try to take a shower. And as if that wasn't bad enough, every time we needed to speak to the concierge, they were nowhere to be found. It's like they purposely avoid helping guests. Absolutely infuriating! The air conditioner would shut off and not work for hours.

So this place has a great atmosphere. The staff were nice and super kind. They excuse positivity and ethics. I saw one lady snapping and no matter how long she complained they treated her with respect beyond what she actually deserved. The open environment welcomes all to sit down and relax. Even the games when I. First heard them I was like pfft that’s old….. but HELLO!!! I was happily joining in! Let’s talk about the music. When you enter you are permanently thrown back in time. The music is all the good music from the 1990s to the Y2K!!!! Listening to every man and woman singing out the lyrics to “no scrub” (tlc) was epic! Everyone getting up and doing the line dances like we use to at the club was nostalgic! This is definitely a place to remember! I just know you will enjoy yourself too!

The food was delicious, and the drinks were great. An ATM at the hotel would be convenient to make tipping the staff easier. It would also be nice if the bar outside by the pool stayed open later; having to go inside from the pool/ beach to get a drink is a bit of a bummer. Otherwise, great place. Would stay again.

The resort is very nice, beautiful views and location. The staff is very friendly and our cleaning lady Michelle W was fabulous with cleaning our room and keeping it stocked. It wasn’t too crowded, always found a spot by the pool under an umbrella. The 4 of us would definitely go back.

Staff was great! Food options were OK, they were as expected for similarly priced all-inclusives I’ve done. Lots of resort activities that I enjoyed. Quiet in room (10th floor) except some occasional noise since I was right outside elevator. Gym was closed, which I didn’t find out til I arrived. Pool was great. Overall a very good stay for what I wanted.
