Cons: Food at Italian restaurant was awful 1 of 5. Edgewater grill better 3.5 of 5. Spa prices were higher than expected. Pros: Clean Rooms and common area inside resort. Pool, beach jacuzzi and hot tub kept clean and free of debris. Very good customer service at front desk and cleaning crew were attentive. Shuttle to Atlantis after 8pm was an added bonus. Would return to Warwick.

Overall, the property was very good. It was quiet, the staff were awesome, and the amenities were great. However, the bathrooms were a little outdated and repairs are needed there. The food could’ve also been better. The buffet was good, but the premium restaurants can be expanded with better quality meals. The nightlife at the property could’ve also been better. If those latter items are improved, then this gets 5 stars for sure!

The Warwick is great if you want to have a nice kids free break with good food at all times of the day and a relaxing pool area. The staff is very helpful and want you to enjoy your stay. They will make your stay special, even more so when you get to know them. I liked the restaurant experiences which means most if not all your evening meals do not have to be buffet (make sure you book restaurants with the concierge asap when you arrive). The beach is a 10 minutes walk but there is a frequent shuttle too and the hotel can lend you scuba diving equipment if you want (which most people don't realise). There is an outside pool bar open most of the day as well as an indoor one. Drinks are nice and free (which can be dangerous ;) and waiters regularly walk around the pool to take orders. They are really nice but allow them to get tired walking around all day :) Little known/used facilities are a guest laundry and a gym which can be nice on a rainy day.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean. The only thing I didn't like was the gym. The gym room was dark, damp, and unwelcoming. Also the spa was expensive. Other than that, the resort was excellent. I would definitely return.

The building is old and needs a MAJOR renovation. The door to my room gets stuck, the sheets smelled of mildew, the food at the buffet was ALWAYS cold and barely cooked through. The staff however were very sweet and attentive...except for the housekeeper who thought it'd be funny to hide the tv remote under the bed.. I will NOT be returning.

The buffet was the highlight of the food for the resort. I would recommend just going to the buffet and not the on site dinner restaurants as they are just mediocre. Staff was friendly and it was overall a wonderful vacation. Would have been nice of the resort to offer a free shuttle to and from the airport.
