It was on its own floor. The apartment was a good size for a family of 5. Had I known there would be a washer and dryer in the room I would have brought less clothes since we did laundry everyday. The showers were a bit hard to use for the kids but they figured it out by the end. There was one night we needed to call the front desk from a nearby Monday hotel as we blew a fuse when we used the toaster oven and microwave at the same time.

Sort of an unusual property, but the beds were comfortable and temperature control excellent. Typically small but with a large bathroom. Breakfast is really good.

Hotel was OK. The room was good; clean and well appointed. The club lounge was OK; it needs a better selection of food. Access to the swimming pool was not included, even for club level guest - that is simply not good enough for a five star hotel.

Amazing experience and it is great for family, especially first timer visiting Tokyo! Will return with this hotel again!

The hotel was clean (including the room) it was close to a lot of tourist attractions, and the metro (subway). The staff were excellent (courteous and professional. ) Would recommend and return here!

The staff was always friendly and helpful. My favorite breakfast was the spicy vegan bagel set.
